Mike McCarthy came to measure for a new kitchen. He was on time polite and helpful. He done a thorough job and took his time detailing everything. Very pleased

Where to start, between the misinformation given about building work costs misquoting by over 6k, the misinformaiton given in store, the delays, and now chasing for over 2 months for snagging works and numerous failed installers (please note I can not request compensation or goodwill until this is resolved, which feels in my opinion like purposeful delays at this stage) I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had not wanted to get to this stage where I was leaving public reviews and wanted Wren to sort this out however to date they have failed to do so

Thank you Georgia for all your help and support today, I know the call got long but in the end what mattered most was a happy customer and satisfied. We did not want to lose out on what we discussed in the showroom and I am glad we came to viable resolution. Customer satisfaction is what it is all about

The delivery team arrived on time at 8.15am after receiving a text message of their imminent arrival. The two guys brought the items for storage carefully. The items were stacked nearly in the space provided. They were polite and helpful at all times and nothing was any trouble for them even when they had slight problems getting the larger items into the room. I would recommend Wren for your kitchen or bedroom.

I spoke to Amanda today on the phone regarding replacement items for my kithen. She was very helpful and made sure that I was happy with with everything we had discussed. She was very understanding and very kind. 10 out of 10 Amanda. Thankyou

Disgraceful service by Wren once again , been without water and a sink for nearly 1 month so far , when their quartz team came and fitted the worktop and sink on Friday 21st August they failed (or decided not to see) that the composite sink was very badly damaged and cracked on the base but fitted it anyway. Now we are left again for a further 11 days until they can fit a replacement sink as they are “so busy”! Meanwhile our tap and plumbing can’t be connected before that date.

A Afzal arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all the questions I asked. Impressed with Wren.

Just had to contact Wren Kitchens for some replacement parts for my new kitchen. Richard in their call centre was spot on. Human, speedy and understood exactly what I required in a few minutes. 10/10. A happy customer!

Keiron smith, was very helpful, arrived on time and took his time to explain how to make our kitchen work with some good suggestions.

The overall experiance was very good, i completed the online form to detail the issue, attached photo's. I was informed through a subsequent email you would contact me within two working days and you contacted me within 1 working day. Kay who contacted me was curtious, clear and helpful, and i wil recieve my replacement unit within 5 working days of logging the incident. Hence a very good experiance

I spoke to Ade and he turned my problems into no problems. He was very good at listening and understanding what I needed and made me feel at ease that my order will be sorted.

Richard was helpful, very polite and professional and solved my query,

I appreciate the call back service. It saved me waiting over 40 minutes in the call queue. Ade was super helpful and efficient in his service. He quickly got to the bottom of the issue and helped me get the support I needed.
