Wren kitchen are false they give you a fantastic price? Not as they don't tell you that they use third party installers.
Then you have additional charges for cutting a cupboard back for a pipe and taking a back bar out of a unit for a pipe.
I had removed old units before installation, I had marked out the water pipes and installed the pre wireing of sockets as this would have cost me more then you have to pay for a gas fitter to install your hob more expense 😑.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHIT COMMPONY TO ANYONE THEY FEED YOU THE FULL BEEF BUT GIVE YOU HALF A LAMB.

Repeated failures from design through to delivery

Our experience with Wren has been problematic from design through to delivery. We had to replace the original designer, and the delivery process exposed further failures in basic checks and coordination.

Customers should not have to oversee the professionals they are paying — correcting design issues, managing delivery errors or carrying out quality control on Wren’s behalf. Accountability for getting these fundamentals right sits with Wren.

Our washing machine was omitted, a black sink was supplied instead of the white composite sink ordered, and a tap we had already paid for was not delivered. The washing machine error now means removing and refitting already-installed cabinetry - disruption and additional cost that were entirely avoidable.

I chose Wren largely because of the finance option. In hindsight, that convenience has been outweighed by the time, additional cost and unnecessary stress caused by repeated failures.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wren. I would choose Howdens or B&Q instead and save yourself the time, additional cost and unnecessary stress.

Wrens surveyor turned up on time taking the trouble to call me 15 minutes before his arrival He was very helpful and polite
He was also very knowledgeable and will definitely let his office know how happy I was with Mr M Willmott

I had a really good experience with A. Sapkota. He is very friendly, approachable, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me understand the details regarding my kitchen units and island.
He is knowledgeable, confident in what he does, and was able to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism, and I would be happy to recommend him to others.

Already had a kitchen from wren decided to change seating area remove table and chairs for a kitchen island. G Bowman visited, rang to say was on his way and arrived at the time promised. Very pleasant person, made sure he knew what we were wanting, measured up and was on his way.

A. Hadnum was the surveyor who came to measure our bedroom today. He called before he arrived and was very friendly, polite and respectful. Couldn't have asked for more!

David Haughton was very professional, friendly and quickly and accurately measured the rooms. Would recommend him.

came to take measurements for my bedroom, and I was very pleased with the experience. He was pleasant, professional and courteous throughout the visit. He was very approachable and took the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly. He was also respectful of my home and carried out the measurements efficiently. Overall, a very positive experience.

Just had A Hardnum, Andrew out to measure my room for a new kitchen. I had a courtesy call beforehand with a time, he was on time, very professional and it was a pleasure chatting to him while he worked. First impressions of Wren are very good indeed.

Wren Kitchen Delivery 3rd August 2026
I was a bit worried about the delivery as the path down the side of the house was still unfinished, Mark checked the site and said there were no issues. Both Mark and Dave were extremely helpful and hardworking. They had our delivery unloaded in 40 minutes. Outstanding service.

G. Pearson was polite, informative and friendly. He completed the measurement in the time he said he would. Thank you!
