I have just received delivery of my new kitchen.
The delivery team kept me informed of their arrival time and were very prompt to that time.
The delivery team, P.Gorney, were polite, efficient and friendly. They delivered to my reqired location and were very speedy, for the amount of materials they delivered.

Excellent experience with J Baker from the Wren survey team. J Baker was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the home survey. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and made sure the measurements and details were thoroughly checked.
Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend J Baker to anyone using Wren. Thank you for making the process so easy and straightforward!

Dreadful customer care
Dreadful customer care - no not interested in a sale and if any issues with the kitchen, Wren do not address and if they do respond it takes approximately 5 weeks for them to do so.
Many of the items are faulty and I was advised to go directly to the manufacturer (AEG) who of course advised me that “the warranty does not cover this issue” please, please think carefully before spending thousands of pounds on a kitchen when the quality is extremely poor - once Wren have your money they do not care!!

Not impressed with Wren Kichens
Not impressed with Wren Kichens. Demanding sales drive techniques used to force me to sign up for the product even though the drawings were inaccurate and not up to my needs. As soon as I changed some of the cabinets off of the my order to reduce the price its strangely became impossible for final plans to be completed and I was told to go with my other quote. Do not agree to signing up for a Wren Kichen until you are fully happy with the service expected. I wouldn’t use again or recommend.
