Spent a lot of money on a very poor quality kitchen.
Really poor quality build, missing holes in cabinets, damages, difficulty getting them replaced, app not working to reorder then 40 minutes waiting for customer service. On top they failed to deliver all items on replacement drop then made to wait further 10 days cabinet. Definitely would not use Wren again.

The initial design specification seemed ok, but apparently Wren omitted a TV unit with one of the ordered bedroom wardrobes just because I actually had a TV hanging on the wall. Whilst illogical and not understood by me, this eventual omission was a result of a total miscommunicated misunderstanding. Hence full clarity is absolutely essential at that 1st stage. In fact I should have been told very clearly: "As you have a TV fixed on your existing wall, a TV unit for that space is not needed and is being omitted from your wardrobe". This was not the case. Its subsequent supply and discounted cost to me have not been arranged despite numerous calls to Wren by me and the fitter, and is still awaited at the time of this review. The fitter therefore cannot complete the job until much later. An unsatisfactory alternative was offered free but was rejected by me.
Furthermore, an item was missing initially and it resulted in a wrong delivery next day. This too is awaited for later delivery.
Aside from those negatives, the first major delivery and especially the Installation Fitter (Jordan) were good.
But overall, post order sales service left a bit to be desired as mentioned above.

Communications from the delivery team prior to their arrival was very good keeping us informed of their progress throughout the day and finally contacting us by phone to let us know they would be with us in 30minutes
When they arrived they not only unloaded the kitchen as we asked them to but gave us some added advice They were very careful and very tidy in storing the various units They were also very pleasant and we would just like to thank them for a trouble free experience

This is the 1st time my husband and I make such a major purchase and our 1st dealing with Wren. I personally believe in buying British.
I've had nothing but 5* service from start to current; James the kitchen designer to both delivery drivers to Harrison from customer services who called me regarding a few after delivery issues, which all got resolved. I'm impressed with level of calmness and professionalism each exhibited. I would certainly recommend Wren to my friends

Can only speak from the experience of a measure up and initial store visit. Staff were polite and helpful.

Great communication and punctual. A Moss was polite friendly. Hardly took anytime at all measuring the room. Asked us if we had any thoughts about what we would like and recorded our requests. Great service so far.Thank you

Great experience today, S Defty came to measure up. He showed excellent customer service explained everything to me in detail, was quick and efficient.
He even had good banter, would definitely recommend the team at Wren.

Samuel was very helpful and solved my issue in a friendly, professional manner.

Our surveyor Paul was excellent. He arrived within the allocated time slot, measured up the room, taking photos and making note of all power sockets. Once he finished this, he explained clearly what we should expect from our visit to the showroom.
