S Jeff was friendly, but above all efficient and professional, answered all my questions and explained his role and the process

Micheal McCarthy arrived on time. Micheal was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do to measure the dimensions of my kitchen and utility room and how long it may take. He later showed me the graph and photos . I found Micheal to be a very polite and professional person.

Mr Weyman from Wren came to measure the kitchen. He arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions and then proceeded to measure which was completed within the hour. He will now pass the information to the design team A good start to my Wren experience.

Don't use Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh Wren or Richard Lettuce. Just an all round bad experience.

Great visit from Wren employee Michael Herdman to measure up our room following our estimate to ensure everything will fit. He was in time, friendly polite and efficient, chatting while working away measuring and entering the information if our bedroom into his laptop. Our second interaction with Wren, both times have been exemplary.

Bobby West from Wren visited us today to measure up for a potential new kitchen , he turned up on time and was very professional answering all our queries.

Exceptional Service from Wren Kitchens Lincoln – Designer: Joseph Coyne

We visited Wren Kitchens Lincoln as part of our kitchen renovation project, where we’re planning to knock down the wall between our dining room and kitchen to create an open‑plan space. Before coming to Wren, we’d looked around a builders’ merchant and felt completely overwhelmed — it honestly felt like we’d seen a million taps, handles and wood panels, yet still had no idea what we wanted. There were no real options for extras, and the prices were unbelievable.

We’d heard mixed stories about Wren regarding damaged items, poor fitting and questionable quality, so we were anxious about placing such a big order.

Before visiting, I emailed Wren and was assigned a designer named as Joseph Coyne with photos of our current layout and our ideas sent to him. He replied quickly, understood our plan straight away, and invited us into the showroom to discuss everything properly.

From the moment we walked into the Lincoln store, we were impressed. The friendly smiles, warm greeting, and then meeting Joseph — who offered us a hot drink and even a biscuit — instantly put us at ease.

Joseph is extremely talented. Using the measurements we brought, he mocked up a full kitchen‑diner design, added thoughtful extras like an integrated fridge and dishwasher, and gave honest advice about what would work and what wouldn’t. He reassured us throughout and turned our anxiety into genuine excitement about finally having a kitchen that suits how we live.

We talked through worktops, doors, fixtures and finishes, and the shortlist he created was perfect. The AI headset experience blew us away — being able to “walk” around the kitchen and open cupboards virtually is something we’ve never seen offered anywhere else.

Initially, the kitchen was outside our price range, but Joseph carefully explained the offers available. We were genuinely shocked to see it fall exactly within the budget we’d hoped for.

Beyond his design skill, Joseph’s professionalism really stood out — smart appearance, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the right kitchen. He represented Wren brilliantly and made the whole experience enjoyable.

The email contact, showroom visits, and the surveyor’s measuring have all been excellent. We’re now keeping our fingers crossed for a smooth delivery and installation.

I would absolutely recommend Wren Kitchens, the Lincoln showroom, and especially Joseph Coyne for anyone considering a kitchen or bedroom makeover.

Fantastic delivery service, Ben and John delivered our kitchen and I couldn’t give high enough praise. They were extremely helpful, professional and thoughtful. Cheers lads.

A moss came to do my survey today, nice guy talked us through the process and done all our measurements for our new kitchen to be designed.

Disaster delivery from Wren with furniture left at the front of our house in the building dust. Absolutely unqualified delivery drivers who can't execute a simple delivery.

I Kvetkovska was punctual, friendly and efficient. She pointed out a couple of things size wise I hadn't considered and was quite knowledgeable on appliance sizes. I enjoyed my short but sweet interaction with her.

Tim who visited my home was lovely very professional and a wealth of knowledge, made me feel at ease and was fabulous at his job highly recomended
