Positive Customer Experience
Sadly some things arrived damaged in transit. However, all the stops were pulled out in rectifying the issue. The matter was dealt with pleasantly, swiftly and professionally. Very willing to return for future sales as I know I am going to be looked after. Issues happen, how they are dealt with makes the difference. Wren Kitchens made the difference, particularly their staff. All those we have had the pleasure of meeting or talking with have been nothing but exceptional; particularly Natasha in Customer Services.

Home survey
Had C.Smith from surveying team out this afternoon, kept us upto date with arrival times, really nice and friendly approach, great with animals and children. Done a thorough job with the survey and gave us all the information required and was able to answer any questions we had with great knowledge.

We didn't end up purchasing a kitchen from Wren but the pre purchase meeting was amazing thanks to Chloe Woodman. She was exceptional. We will be returning to her when we are ready

Service provided as you would want
My review is in relation to the delivery of the kitchen which went really smoothly. The date was arranged easily. The time frame was notified well in advance and a 1.5 hour window confirmed on the day of delivery. We also received a call from Dan and Tyler when they were 20 mins away.
Dan and Tyler were very careful in unloading our kitchen into the garage - they checked how we wanted it stored and ensured there was easy access for the fitters. They also checked where they were able to push their barrows. As they did have to go across the lawn.
They flagged a missing item and explained the procedure that would follow to get the item to us.
Dan and Tyler make a great team, many thanks.
