Do not skip bad reviews on google and trust pilot as they provide valuable lessons. I had a terrible service from Kenny at the Enfield showroom, I was missold products, Kenny made large financing errors combined with a lack of care from management who make it seem as if they are trying to resolve the issue but only end up saying that there is nothing they can do. Poor resultion process from head office. Despite good product, I would not recommend based on very poor service.

I have had a few queries regarding my kitchen order but have always received prompt response. Harrison has gone above and beyond to help with this and I can’t recommend him and wren enough!

The person who I was talking to was very helpful and hopefully sorted out the issue with my order, the only reason I didn’t go 5* was the time it took to get through to someone.

I kvwtkovska came to measure up my kitchen today. She was so lovely and friendly. She was professional and got the job done quickly. I was able to crack on working from home with very little disruption.

We were very happy with the home survey teams that have visited us recently, Sergiu and Georgina.
Both were very professional, thorough, knowledgable and pleasant.

A Hadnum came to measure and design our kitchen and was brilliant from the start.
Offered to wear shoe covers to protect floors, chatted with our little one and was really helpful, informative and polite!

We’ve had a generally good experience with Wren. There have been some issues which were resolved by customer service in particular Sam who has been very effective and efficient. Sam’s knowledge of the systems and processes have ensured that some possibly negative aspects were resolved quickly and respectfully. Thank you Sam

Our surveyor was Lee Albrow. He was really good at communicating to us the time he was due to arrive and was bang on time.
While measuring up our kitchen he was able to answer all our questions and was also able to advise on what we could do the maximise our space.
Would definitely reccomended to others.

I was really looking forward to receiving my kitchen Wren, but the experience was completely ruined by how it was shipped. The item arrived shattered because it was barely protected—just thrown into a box with.
For fragile kitchenware, you expect proper packaging. I reached out to customer service on to get a replacement/refund and am currently waiting for a resolution. Extremely disappointed and wouldn't risk ordering fragile items from here again until they fix their shipping standards.
