Excellent service from Wrong Fuel Doctor. Said came out to help me after I put the wrong fuel in my car, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get the car sorted. He explained everything clearly and did a really thorough job. I was very impressed with how efficiently he worked and how helpful he was throughout.

Great service. Mario was out to us within half an hour. He was really helpful, helped push the car and stayed until we had filled up the tank ran the engine.

I put petrol in my Audi A4 diesel, and this morning Awis, was the guy holding the trouble, nice and good guy with a knowledge to do the job,thanks to Awis and company.👍🙏

Amazing! Both Wrong Fuel Doctor and the engineer Mario went out of their way to complete a very difficult job involving my narrow boat, sticky fuel, distance, height and quality of fuel, within the quoted price. Mario was knowledgeable, hard working and determined to solve issues that arose. They were the middle of three quotes but the professionalism of the enquiry and booking process persuaded me it was worth not going for the cheapest and I'm so glad I did! If only all companies took care of customers like them. Thank you everyone!

Great service. Kept me well-informed. I put diesel in my petrol hybrid Rav 4. Warning lights everywhere and totally ground to a halt. I thought it was toast. First engineer was unable to get it started, partly because of where it was, on a remote country lane. They sent a second engineer first thing the following morning and he got it sorted in under an hour. Both guys were fantastic - really good knowledge of the car, what would be happening internally and what to do. Can't recommend too highly. Really good job.

Mario was a consummate and considerate professional from the first second to the final second of his 1hr 40min magnificent moves to get my motor running again.
My stupid error in filling a diesel tank with petrol but from the get go Mario was motivated in anyway (which were many) as it’s an old car.
To get me motoring again and without any moaning on his part which in many ways he may have been entitled to do.
My car was not an easy fix but he fixed it and never gave up finding new ways to approach the problems an older car presents.
In many way and despite my £200 error if you include the wrong fuel I put in.
It was worth it to meet a man as professional as Mario who is a family man, good man and a man I would be proud to have as representative of any company i owned.
Bravo Mario a pleasure to meet you today and get your boy to Masda gym when he is old enough 🫡
And lastly for any potential customers the whole team for this company are shit hot in all ways customer care, responses and prices.

My car sputtered to a halt 20miles from my home.

RAC attended, diagnosed contaminated fuel and rang Wrong Fuel Doctor for me - they came within 12 hours (72 hours was the fastest I could find)

Bianca was so lovely and patient over the phone. I had trouble paying (my VPN and 4g) but it worked fine using the link from home wifi.

Jarek was so fast that by the time I arrived my car was running perfectly.

I felt I could trust them over the phone even though I never met anyone. In today's world, that's saying a lot about the company, and the way their people treat their customers.

Very straightforward call to sort out my mistake. Quoted 45 mins in the initial call and took 1.5 hrs, but the service when help arrived was exceptional. Very friendly, reassuring and professional.

Andy, from Auto fuel doctor Fixed my car today after I added Adblue into my diesel fuel tank. I called the emergency helpline. Spoke to a very nice young lady. She booked me in took a £80 pound deposit over the phone. Andy turned up within the hour worked hard draining and cleaning refilling my fuel tank. Until the problem was fixed. Helpful, understanding and professional service.
