YBS are a fantastic building society…
YBS are a fantastic building society very friendly staff especially the branch in Tenby west Wales!

I was struggling to open an ISA online…
I was struggling to open an ISA online so I called into the Preston branch to ask for help. I am sorting out my Husbands finance after he died, it can be overwhelming there is so much to do. The staff in branch & on the phone have been so helpful. I couldn’t have managed without them.

Very helpful,realised my disability was hampering my standing after a while.They told us we would then go into a room everyone we came.Have been kept informed of the progress as money was transferred.Si less worrying than could have been.
