Bus didn’t turn up waiting for 1hour 15 mins very disappointed refund doesn’t help me being out of pocket for taxi there and bus back very disappointed

my wife had a accident 2 weeks prior to travel being thoughtful and giving notice , I was told by rather arrogant reception tuff claim it off your insurance, checking web site i week later my paid for seats were taken so Mr Yorkshire rose has done very well , as pensioners we feel very aggrieved , do we use Yorkshire rose again NO CHANCE , would we recommend them no way

Had a Cheese burger my god! Talk about small!! Also was supposed to come with iceberg lettuce must of been invisible 🙃 no lettuce 😡
Also says they do fresh pizzas from their own in pub pizza oven😂😂😂 Never seen them make one yet been going in for beers for years🤣🤣 Joke pub!

I'm currently in the process of applying for an abatement order from the local authority under the Statutory Nuisance legislation and they require several weeks evidence to investigate so I'll update again next week.

Visited Coventry so called Xmas market There was only six stalls so being there for four hours was totally pointless and a waste of money. In fact I don’t think it should be advertised as a Xmas market Awful trip

Been on a a few Yorkshire Rose Holidays - Wow what a company picked up at home and delivered back to home superb organisation. Great choice of holidays at a very fair prices, super drivers and excellent coaches. We have no complaints all the holidays have been super. The little bag you get when returning home is a great touch - loaf of bread, pint of milk and teabags. Already booked 2 holidays for 2025 and will be booking more when the brochure is out. Four night holiday with Yorkshire Rose from Barnsley. Picked up at home taken to coach hub transferred to coach for run down to Portsmouth across to Isle of Wight never saw our luggage until we arrived at our room. Beautiful view across the Solent right on beach we had half board and the food was great lovely breakfast 3 course evening meal coffee tea in lounge after. Staff especially Leana were great friendly helpful and efficient as were the domestic staff the barman was very helpful too. Our driver John was knowledgeable and friendly even thou he drank Guinness joke joke one downside it took 8 hours to drive back two accidents loads of traffic but nobody seemed to mind. Many many thanks to Yorkshire Rose and their staff for getting us home looking to book for next year p.s. thank you for present when we got home white loaf milk and tea bags spot on Dave.

A day trip to Morton in Marsh & Stow On the Wold proved to be too far for a day trip, congestion on the motorway combined with lengthy sections of roadworks and speed restrictions meant a distance of approx 150 miles took over 5 hours, plus the 1 hour for pick-ups, it may be feasible in a 100 years when roadworks end but not now

I booked a trip to Harry Potter then realised could get a free carer after a month of lots of chasing and no replies or little communication was told waiting for Warner Bros studios to get back. I put a comment on their Facebook page to say had a lovely trip though air con and toilet was broken and had no break on the way down so over 3 hours on a boiling coach and that had issues with office staff not keeping updated to be blocked, seems regular if complain they block you as don't seem to deal with complaints well

Really well organised trip the Stormont Hotel excellent
Trips were enjoyable and just the right balance
Will the driver was considerate and kept us updated.
Door to door service no hassle nice touch the bread milk and tea bags for the return home

Amazing day trip to Whitby! The driver was on time both for the outbound and return journeys. Spacious seats and a lovely clean bus. Really impressed! We will be booking again very soon!

3 of us Went on a day trip with the “world famous “ Yorkshire rose to Hatton shopping village on the 18th March 2024.

What an absolute joke, we got there and 99% percent of things were closed, apparently it doesn’t open on Mondays the day we went, even had it been open there wasn’t enough to spend a whole day there

We then got taken in to leamington spa which appeared a lovely place, but after getting off the coach going for something to eat it was time to come home again,

Obviously the company don’t do due diligence before booking trips to places.

I have wrote and complained, and messaged on Facebook when after 2 weeks I had no reply, to find my self blocked from the Facebook page. Been into the store on the market to see why my complaint was not answered to be met with “you never asked a question it was a rant!!” To add I ended my message with I look forward to hearing from you soon!!
Does that not imply I was expecting a response?!

All we expected was a sorry for the trip not being as advertised.

None of the staff in the office were able grasp that a customer complaint however received should be acknowledged and responded to appropriately, instead of being arrogant and rude.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Looks like it’s the norm for any bad reviews or messages gets you blocked and banned.
Not great customer service from a company whose boss likes singing his own praises!!

Why can't you do a insurance when you book your holiday.I have lost hundreds with you through ill health.It doesn't seem fair.

We have been on many day trips and holidays with these over the years. We have just come back from another really good reunion trip to Blackpool. Really enjoyed the weekend as usual. The coach was leaving Blackpool at 3oclock on the Sunday. We arrived at the coach park at 2.40 to find our coach had gone without us!! Infact the remaining last coach was also getting ready to go. Our coach had to turn round and come back and get us!
If we had been 5 minutes later we would have been stuck in Blackpool until god knows when. I have tried to phone Dave or Katie about it last week but no one has phoned me back. I also have emailed them but no answer. Could do with a phone number been given out in case it happens again so people can phone them and not be stranded.

I am 79 years old, my friend is 67 years old and both widows. I 2022 we booked places on the yorkshire rose remembererence big band weekend. Several weeks before departure yorkshire rose was informed that the big band scheduled for our entertainment was cancelled. However yorkshire rose chose not to tell us or offer any refund, so on the day of departure we were in total ignorance of any changes to the programme. We were told by the hotel management where the event should have taken place. Back home we complained and yorkshire rose upheld the complaint by giving us a £25 allowance to be used against the cost of another trip of our choosing. In 2023 we used the allowance as intended. In 2024 we visited Yorkshire rose to book another trip only to be told our booking could not be accepted, but there was no reason given. But I think we all know why! Since when has lodging a complaint resulted in a ban? Is this how consumer rights is supposed to work? Is this the actions of a professional businessman?

Just returned from a five day holiday to Northern Ireland. Very well organised, we stayed at a beautiful hotel, Stormont Hotel. The coach driver was excellent, friendly, professional and made sure everything went to plan. Tours were great and just to say thank you to Yorkshire Rose Holidays for a fantastic holiday. We felt very well looked after from booking to dropping off at home. Excellent. Mick you are a great driver and tour guide. Thank you.

My husband and i had our wedding reception at the yorkshire in huddersfield on the 13 of may and as always food was exhalent and staff were brilliant as always manager also did wonderful job with everything thanks to all the staff for making our special day extra special xx

Just been on another reunion trip. Went to Cambridge and Oxford for the weekend. The driver was really nice. The hotel was lovely and the evening meal was really nice. They had entertainment too which was ok. This is about the 3rd reunion we have been on. We have been using this company for day trips for years and no problems. David (the owner) always comes on the coaches on arrival and departure to talk to people which I think is a nice touch. Look forward to the next reunion

I had booked 2 trips with them on the internet and both times booked the 2 seats behind the steps in the middle of the coach
On both trips our seats had been moved to the other side of the coach
If I wanted those seats I would have chosen them
All they say is those are the seat numbers
It is funny they have moved
Will not be using them again if this is how they perform
