Very bad communication and no answer to my call or email. We won’t be going anywhere with them again. Really let down by them.

Just spent 5 days at the Isle of wight with Yorkshire Rose.Brilliant coach company can't fault them.Our driver Paul was excellent looked after us well.The goodie bag when we arrived home was a lovely touch,thank you so much.Would love to see Ryde in your brochure next year.

The so called "world famous yorkshire rose" is very poor - they have forced me to lose £70 of a gift voucher because they can't park at meadowhall any more - is that really my fault?
I know it can be used for holidays but I wanted to use it for day trips

Not even worthy of one star, do not book a trip with this company. The owner is rude and ignorant and does not reply to justified complaints. In December 2021 we went on a mystery trip and spent 6 hours on a cold coach with no toilet for a shocking 3 hours in Windsor. It caused a great deal of stress for my family and elderly parents and not one iota of customer care from the so-called world famous Yorkshire Rose, truly shocking and clearly only interested in making money and not looking after customers who have paid money for a much looked forward to trip. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM!!

My wife and I went on a mystery week-end recently our first destination was Birmingham Bull-Ring staying overnight in the Mercury hotel. We were concerned about the level of security within the building with security personell on all floors, although a modern hotel
the carpeting in the corridors was strewn with food litter
etc; also small children running and banging doors unaccompanied. I spoke with a Asian chap and he said he lived and had two rooms. My wife complained to reception about the noise and it did calm down. Then it occurred to us maybe we were sharing the hotel with asylum seekers? Are Yorkshire Rose aware of this?
On the whole we enjoyed the weekend and will continue using your company, but we did have concerns about the aforesaid issue.

We have just sold our beloved motorhome to these guys.. wow.. professional from start to finish. Gave us a very fair price ( we were given some silly ones from others), did what they said they would and kept in contact all the way through the process. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Hope she goes to a good home.

Went on a lovely trip to bury market 2-8-20 lovely driver very amusing all seating was social distancing felt very relaxed and safe will definitely book again for other trips.

Not a customer. Informed them a driver was on their phone whilst on the motorway. Their response is veiled threats and insults

I bought a trip to Warner Bros Studio Tour in London for my wife and her sister through Yorkshire Rose Coaches. Included in the price was a hotel stay, tickets to the studio and a day in the centre of London. I was astonished at the price as it would have been easily £200 more per person to do the trip without them. My wife and sister-in-law had an amazing time. Thank you, Yorkshire Rose, for taking good care of them!
