I contacted customer services to discuss a number of queries regarding my water usage on a meter. I spoke to a lovely young lady who was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer advice. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from this member of the team!!

The staff on the phone, can't remember her name but she was very knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to care. I have been with Yorkshire water in the past and can not fault them in any way. Also for it being 8am on a Sunday they were 10/10 and if all your staff are like the lady I spoke to you will never have anything to worry about in the future. Thanks Stuart Paxton

Staff at Yorkshire Water do more than just answer queries. I have learned that they do uphold their customer services as exemplary, constantly working hard in the background to make sure that they help you. You cant ask for a better service. Thank you to all staff. You are very much appreciated.

I’m not very confident talking as Ive a speech impediment n the lady who I spoke to was very patient n polite to me and resolved my questions very satisfactory-well done that lady- I wish more customer service people were as polite n pleasant as her 5 stars for her ( and a pay rise lol)

Save water lol, no body will do that as the water company's are disfunctional,, company's fault but we have to keep paying but don't use it hahahaha,,, on my way to work water is pissing out of a man hole and has been for 2 weeks now and still is,,,, so get stuft

YW engineers turned up at my property today to fit a sewage meter with no notice and def no letter as is stated on their website. I neither asked for or was informed of this meter . If I could give a 1 star for YW but 5 stars for the very apologetic engineers I would. Your pipes yorkshire water but my property so a little bit customer care would be appreciated.

Having an understanding member of Yorkshire Water, take my problem, deal with it professionally and with kindness, was delightful and reassuring. Oh and the brass band music playing whilst I waited was relaxing and reminded me of my roots.

Might be best to tell your van drivers that Hedon road in hull is a 40mph and not the 55 that the driver was clocked at. Dangerous driver needs retraining.
