Really helpful and lovely- great at fully explaining all the options

The gentleman I spoke with was kind patient and non judgmental and helped me to update my information set up a payment plan and get extra support to clear my arrears

The people I spoke to were very pleasant and the second person I spoke to took time to explain everything simply as it was a little complicated and he has adjusted our Direct debit ensuring we do not get into debt . I feel I can call Yorkshire water anytime about any worried so thank you - you have a good person in the job . Property owner 14.8.2026

The lovely lass l spoke with was so very helpful and patient, very polite and cheerful we even shared a bit of a giggle although the advice and information she gave was professional, gave my day a lift she did

The call agent was professional and give me accessible information and correct information very polite an appropriate manners he got my payment through very fast response an he is very intelligent very. Really nice lad keep him there he could teach people how too take calles well done young man very good Asian lad he resolved my when the computer system was down different option he give me very nice lad

Yorkshire Water are a brilliant company to deal with and even seem to do the water bit relatively well also!

I'm leaving this review because their own feedback page is like their website, not very user friendly. Shame because customer service is excellent.

I had a issues with payments spoken to lyn in a specialist team who was friendly show empathy and listen to my concerns a very good experience from start to Finnish

Yorkshire Water used a sub contracting tanker company to attend sewage work at neighboring property opposite our property. On leaving the property opposite the tanker whilst manoeuvring has knocked into our drystone garden wall causing partial collapse.
Yorkshire Water will not take responsibility for this. I have been passed from pillar to post for the last 3 months whilst they try to avoid paying for the repairs. Laughably at one point they even denied tanker was in our village despite it evidently was as they also damaged a flag stone in the neighboring property.
Very poor treatment by Yorkshire Water trying to avoid having to take responsibility for damage they clearly caused. What a shame they are a natural monopoly and we have no choice but to continue being their unhappy customer!

I was so worried my experience was due to computer safeguard and not getting a bill due to having a leak and my change of health and water usage. They explained why this happened and sorted out my account excellent customer service

I spoke with a lovely young lady who was very professional and helpful and expedited my requests efficiently and effectively.

Increasing prices while cutting back on repair services. Terrible experiences any time I need to phone them, just get put through to a foreign call centre who cannot help in any way.
Almost 1/3 of my bill is going directly to interest on loans, yet they report a £6bn debt.
Appaling company, classic case of rinsing the public for profit for owners and shareholders

I called due to the high price quoted for the next coming year.
I outlined the circumstances to Chelsea (customer service). As a result Chelsea was able to access my account, give feedback on my options and next steps.
The result of which I was happy with.
Chelsea has a very calming voice. Excellent customer focus, excellent communication skills. A credit to Yorkshire water. Thank you.
