Customer service very good service.

The staff member I spoke to recently on the telephone was polite and patient while I explained what I needed. She was knowledgeable about products and services and importantly she was clearly spoken.

Major unexpected increase on my bill which threw me into a bit of a panic. Spoke to an actual human who listened to me and put me through to the correct department. They promised to investigate and call me back, which he did within minutes. Turned out the bump in price was due to a leak which had been resolved and by confirming dates with the readings etc. Problem was resolved quickly and politely.

We had a Blocked Dran issue which was dealt with very Profesionally and Helpfully.

Still increasing water prices to cover massive foreign debts and shareholders profits, but can't fix a water leak that I reported in the middle of a carriageway over a week ago.
Absolutely useless company, CEO should be arrested for fraud!

Professional , Empathy , Efficiency

Spoke to two customer service people today regarding a billing issue. Both were really personable and friendly. Even the music playing between the two conversations was tollerable.

My call was answered within 5mins. The call handler was polite & dealt with my enquiry efficiently, problem solved.

Yorkshire Water sent me an estimated bill for a period less than a month for my one bed flat in Sheffield which was empty for that period and the estimated meter reading was for 10 Cubic Metres which is 10000 litres. This is the amount of water that can fill up a normal swimming pool. This is why I had to lodge a complaint. Fortunately the complaints department manager, Vicky was brilliant and immediately rectified the bill and sorted the problem. It is thanks to Vicky that I did not lodge a formal complaint with Offwat.
