From start to finish, Jess & Clare were the guardian angels we needed when selling our lovely little first home and buying our forever, family one! I found out I was pregnant a day or two after we had our house valued and couldn’t keep my gob shut, so told Jess almost immediately! She was so kind and helpful, always checking in and doing her absolute best to get us moved in before baby arrived. Despite literally everything taking AGES, Jess and Clare both absolutely battled for me and my husband and got us moved in when I was 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Enormous and bloated, but still buzzing and running around like an idiot when I was presented with the keys.

Honestly, these two and all of the Your Move Wigton team helped in so many ways, we will forever be grateful.

Lorna at Your Move Falkirk was fantastic from start to finish and genuinely went above and beyond to support us during the whole viewing process. Lorna was always friendly, approachable and happy to help with any questions we had, keeping us updated. It was clear that Lorna really cared about helping us get everything sorted, and she went the extra mile whenever she could. We really appreciated having someone so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Lorna to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and genuinely caring service.

Paul has done an amazing job of selling our properties, which we have been renting out, When these last few go through, he will have sold six and we are delighted.

The only two stars for this review are for the sales team (full marks for them). Although two sales fell through (me the buyer), this was through no fault of Your Move & I feel confident that it all would have proceeded nicely.

The renting side (me as a landlord) gets zero stars. They wouldn't reply to emails, & I would have to chase several times to get a response to basic queries. One of my tenants Right to Rent expired (with nobody in Your Move noticing), inspections were done late, & since moving to a new agent I have seen emails from my tenant to Your Moves of repair requests which Your Move ignored.

I feel it should also be noted that Your Move, while having similar fee's to the industry norm, charges a works fee, in addition to the monthly management fee's. Whilst this is stated in their T&Cs, this makes them move expensive to other companies in the area, for a substantially worse service.

​Save yourself the time and money—do not engage with Your Move Chris Stonock (West Denton branch).

​The level of service here is shockingly poor. After providing exact, detailed instructions on four separate occasions, the work sent through email was utterly substandard and reflected a complete lack of basic professional competence. Requests for a simple quality review were ignored every single time.

​The branch environment itself is completely chaotic, disciplined-free, and unprofessional. Staff appear indifferent to client requirements and seem far more interested in personal group chats and distractions than delivering acceptable work.

​If you are looking for an agency that follows basic client instructions, maintains professional standards, or respects your time, look elsewhere. This branch is unfit for purpose and I strongly advise potential customers to take their business to a reputable firm.

Arranged viewing very promptly, pleasant company to deal with. Very vigorous with due diligence once offered was submitted. Communication good.

Natalie was most helpful in achieving a specific time we needed for viewing as we were driving up a long way. And she was particularly helpful and prompt in responding to any queries or changes to our viewing programme. And her after service care was excellent. Much appreciated.

The team worked seamlessly and while we were dependent on tenant acknowledgements for viewing all went well and we were well looked after.
