Hi mate just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of my car today, it was bought of you over a year ago and I called you earlier this week asking for advice on a fault, I was told bring it in and your company would take a look, 40 minutes later after bringing it in today the faulty part was replaced with an original bmw part and fault light off!! Definitely look at returning if I ever replace the car or recommend you to friends !!

It’s not every day you buy a new car. I bought my new BMW iX from them and the staff at YNC made the process really easy. They explained all about the car, were relaxed and gave me a really good deal. Buying a car is a big decision and Naeem and Craig were really professional and helped me through the whole process. Would not only recommend, but intend on going sooner to get a car for others in the family.

Buying my BMW was seamless and I was well looked after by the sales Team.

Where this garage stands out and restored my faith the motor trade is with the after sales and warranty.

After 6 weeks I developed major faults with the car due to a faulty fuel pressure sensor that over a period of time fully destroyed the wiring harness and ECU. This was something that they would have not been able to predict and was probably present before they even took ownership of the car.

Without hesitation Naeem arranged the collection of the car and dropped off a replacement for me to use in the interim.
Throughout the communication was outstanding and transparent, even down to providing invoices for parts that have been ordered.

Even after I received the car back Naeem supported with additional faults without question and I can’t thank them enough for their patience and understanding, and most importantly their commitment to getting the car running smoothly.

I highly recommend this garage and would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.

The general experience of buying a car from NYC was great. The customer service was really good, very polite and friendly team. Bought a bmw x4 2020 car came in great condition! 63k miles but looks new. And when I had some questions, waseem made it super simple and quick so solve !

I’ve had my car for two months now, and I’ve not had any issues. Unfortunately, due to the recent heavy rainfall it damaged the seal on my front window causing a leak, I called up Waseem and he literally took care of it all. His communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic, empathetic and overall a smooth experience. Waseem arranged for my car to be collected, ordered a replacement window, repaired/refitted the new window at his garage and had it delivered back to me all the way to Birmingham. Thanks to Waseem and his team for providing a prompt and efficient service.

Bought an X3M from them had it 8 months been in the garage 8 times. Car was sold as “perfect” alloys were refurbed awfully multiple issues on the car. Be aware when buying from these.

I really can't fault the customer service provided by these guys. From my initial phone call to picking up my car three days later the whole experience was pleasant and I never felt pressured. I was shown round the car and took a test drive with Richard who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly. On collection the car was well prepared and looked fabulous. After having bad experiences from past car sales I was a little worried, I read the reviews for your next car and thought surely it cannot be that good, I made a date to go and view and maybe buy my car and set off to Nottingham, well I wasn't disappointed, we arrived and straight away was welcomed the paperwork was done in minutes after i had test drove and walked around it 50 times and they even taxed it so I didnt have to sit and try and work my way around the internet. there was a few small blemishes on the car which they knocked money off for and I now have it booked in to the nearest car body shop to remove them and they had a fresh mot on the car so I dont have to worry my overall experience is 10/10 for this dealer and i didn't think I would ever be saying that about a used car sales. Thank you guys for an easy and supportive service I know where I will be buying my next car from

Very disappointing experience with this seller.

I bought a Renault Captur that Rayhan presented as well maintained and in good condition. The sale felt rushed, no proper independent inspection was arranged, and I was not provided with the full service history before buying.

After the purchase, the vehicle turned out to be in poor condition, with engine misfiring, warning messages, high fuel consumption, oil level alerts and other issues. Renault later indicated that the car could require a costly diagnostic and major engine repairs.

In my opinion, the real condition of the vehicle was not disclosed with enough transparency. I suffered a significant financial loss and would strongly advise future buyers to be very careful, request the full maintenance history, and get an independent inspection before buying.

Absolutely top notch service, I highly recommend. I bought a beautiful BMW 5 series M Sport and loving it already. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, made the whole experience easy. Keep up the good service guys.

Saw a car we were interested in, phoned for an appointment to view. Ryan met us and showed us the car. Ryan didn't sell the car, the car sold itself, it was immaculate, could not fault it. Deal done, Waseem sorted the rest, easy process. On collection day greeted by helpfully and polite staff, handover no problem and we were on out way.

Hi we saw a car we liked so we spoke to wes and he held the car until Saturday morning for us too look at and the car we bought was ioniq 5 and we spoke with wes and he walked us through the steps to purchase the vehicle and nothing was too much trouble he looked after us really well nice polite and welcoming the whole experience was a fabulous service starf to finish thank you wes and the team it was amazing day highly recommended
