I bought burner cap and unfortunately…
I bought burner cap and unfortunately doesn't fit on my burner and I have returned the Item, but yourspares didn't sent back my refund. They said with in 3 days they will refund my money once they received my Item. Through post office track I can see that they have received my item since Feb 27 but until now 10March still waiting for my refund

Whirlpool turntable plate
Ordered a spare glass microwave turntable plate for my Whirlpool oven; arrived quickly and well packed.
This is also the best price I could find on the net.
I've seen this company has hundreds of spare parts and it's good to know for future purchases.

Better than expected
The delivery was quick. It was very difficult to confirm I had the right part on their website especially as the picture was bad and a weird colour.
Luckily I had a part number from somewhere else, but for some reason this was not displayed on the website.
About £30 for half a cooker knob is a silly price, but it was cheaper than most others.
In the end the part was correct and is now fitted.

Capacitor to fix Air compressor.
The website was easy to use.
The capacitor I needed was at a very good price & it arrived at my house quicker than I was expecting.
Overall, very happy & will definitely use them again.

Perfect size and fit
I needed a spare glass light cover for an Ariston cooker hood (now old). The website was very helpful in identifying a compliant part - although a photo would have made this much easier! I trusted the site info and that proved good, as it was exactly the right size and fit. It was also extremely well packed for transit. Would use this site again!
