Hotpoint tumble dryer door hinge ordered and was an original, genuine Hotpoint part.
item arrived quickly and was exactly as described, fitted it to the tumble dryer without any real difficulty. I will us this company again when next I need a part. Top marks.

Good price, product came on time and well packaged. 1 of the 2 medium burner bases didn't fit 1 of the hobs, but it fitted on the other one, and the 2nd one fitted on the first one (if that makes sense!)
Definitely an upgrade on what we had previously as they were on their last legs. Recommended

This is the third lot of vacuum cleaner bags that I have bought from Yourspares. Their customer service is great as they indicate the exact bags needed for a specific model of vacuum cleaner. The bags are of excellent quality at a reasonable price including postage.

Accidentally didn't send my package, which would've been fine, however, they said it'd be shipped ''shortly''. That ''shortly'' ended up being 7 days later (to even dispatch, not to arrive with me). Bit frustrating and worrying when you've no idea when something will be sent - IF it'll be sent.
Clear communication prevents a back and forth of messaging.
