Item wasn't packaged properly and arrived with damage, engineer finally was able to manipulate the part and fit to the appliance, but it cost more time and money, provided damage evidence and would willingly shown the engineer invoice that ran into an extra hour of work due to all the fiddling about. Good news my appliance is now working. Yourspares were difficult to communicate with, try to explain that I'm blind amd diabetic, but as usual no time, didn't really care they just wanted me to return for a full refund. Was hoping for the £40 extra hour charge on top of the first hours £65 charged by the engineer.
Will never use again.
Hope if you do all goes well, but like all big retail, least amount of effort and very little understanding.

Needed a replacement chuck for a silverline SDS drill after the original defected. Thought I'd have big problems finding a replacement but Yourspares stock them. Ordered on a Friday and received the next Monday free postage and cost lots less than anticipated.

Did what we wanted

I ordered 2 oven shelves from Your spares. They were delivered very fast which was great. The only down part of the order is that the shelves are extendible and unfortunately there were only 3 tiny screws to hold them in place, when there should have been 4. And one of the tiny screwdrivers was completely broken in two.
