Scam!!

Scam.

They take your money, change the status to In Fulfillment Centre immediately so it looks like processing and they can deny your refund request.

In fact the item was not even packed or prepared.

In my case, I waited for a month and they denied my refund request because it is processing. It is not. And then they refused to reply to my email. I am feeling hopeless now.

Scam

Scamming users through increased shipping rates after purchases but still making them pay the tarrif charges to the shipping company as well. Not completing orders and lack of response from their support team.

Bottom level even of 1 star, a.k.a 0 star.

Several advices:
1. Avoid this seller. Don't be fooled by their marketing. That's what they only invest in.
2. If you have to buy from them, be prepared for late shipment months after advertised release date; be prepared for no response from customer service.
3. If you have to buy from them, make sure to use credit card with strong buyer protection, use charge back and do not request refund; otherwise refund will take you 10% of whole price: Yes, this business thought they can make profit of 10% from doing nothing.

Not trustworthy, they do not fufill orders. They will hold your money until you do a credit card chargeback.

Preorder Refund Fee

Their refund policy is in the fine print terms and services and even if you cancel a preorder that they will probably not be able to fulfill in the next several months they still take a 10% cut. What a great scummy way to make free money.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I honestly don’t understand how they have so many positive Reddit posts because it feels suspicious at this point. For preorders, they keep pushing the shipping date out by months and only provide an update if you’re the one to ask. When you request a refund, they take a 10% fee for an item they never had in stock and never shipped. In my case, the product was already released and available elsewhere, even at Walmart, yet they still kept delaying my order. At best this place is disorganized, and at worst it’s a scam. Save yourself the trouble.

Thieves, they’ll take your money

I preordered goods in August, the company proceeded to take payment, however, it’s now November and I still have yet to receive my items. I have attempted multiple times to email the company but have had zero response. It would seem they strive to steal people’s money and profit from it. Thieves!

Tl:Dr, You won't get your order. You will wait forever with false hope from them until you ultimately decide to cancel your order while they rake in 10% of what you paid for your order as a cancelation fee.

There is a reason why they have a 10% fee on order cancelations. I pre-ordered 3 devices back in early april. They were both expected to be shipped out july-august but they made an announcement saying that the tarrifs is making all of their orders get delayed. Fine, I can understand that, but that information was given through social media. I reached out to their support for clarification on when my order is going to be shipped and they said that they were still waiting on information. So I waited... I never received any email or even a social media post for updates. I sent the customer support team another message (which takes a day or 2 to even get a response from) and they informed me that their previous mail carrier is no longer doing business with them and that if I wanted my orders, I would need to pay $60 for upgrades shipping. Bro what the f***? But they gave me another option! I could refuse to pay the additional shipping fee and they would kindly hold my order indefinitely (: The expected delivery date is now saying october-november and I have extremely low expectations of seeing anything shipped out this year.

I highly reccomend going to ebay and paying the additonal re-sell value than ever buying from this "company".

I preordered the second wave Tamagotchi…

I preordered the second wave Tamagotchi pre order back in like July. I knew it would be a long wait but it still hasn’t come. They sent emails out for the delay of wave one. They said wave 2 is going to be on time still. That was just a generic email everyone got. It’s been months since that update and still nothing. I emailed the store twice and they just ignored it I guess idk. I’m not happy with this at all. Not sure how to get a refund when they won’t reply.
Everything I’ve ordered digimon wise from them has always made it. This was my first time preordering from them and honestly, I’m never shopping here again after this. 80 some dollars down the drain it seems. I don’t recommend

PLEASE AVOID ZENIN TCG - they are tantamount to a scam.

TL; DR- I've ordered from them three times, and only got one order, a full two months after it was released. They will not even offer a refund unless you buy shipping insurance, and will drag their feet about giving you a refund even if you DO buy shipping insurance. I had to resort to PayPal Resolution Center to get my $155.86 back after they had it for 136 days.

If you don't buy shipping insurance to protect against lost or stolen packages they won't give you a refund at all, and even if you DO buy shipping insurance they will drag it out as long as possible, and wait for the investigation through the shipping insurance to conclude and give THEM their money back before they will refund you. Investigation usually takes 20 days but can take as long as 90, which will run out the clock on doing a chargeback with most banks and credit cards, so you'll never see your money again.

I pre-ordered a trio of Paradise on May 21, it never shipped until August 21, I messaged them to tell them it was probably lost on August 27 when USPS said it was still in Singapore and SingPost said it was in the US. On September 2 I messaged them to tell them it was definitely lost, and they said they were opening an investigation through the shipping insurance and would get back to me as soon as possible with any updates. I didn't see any updates, so I opened a Missing Mail Search on September 6, and on September 17 after no further updates, I contacted them to tell them it was definitely lost. They responded on September 19 as though they were hearing about the loss for the very first time and again said they would open an investigation through the shipping insurance, again saying they would be back with me soon with any updates. 

Finally I opened a claim through PayPal for item not received on September 23. On September 24 the tracking showed "Package Returned to Lodger" and on September 25 it showed "Delivered at Doorstep". I sent PayPal the tracking as proof that Ren has it back. They continued 'evaluating the case details'. 

On October 4 I contacted PayPal by phone and they closed the case in my favor, and the stated reason was "Seller's tracking info was found to be invalid".

Horrible service, scam and do not preorder.

Horrible service. Preordered two purchases in April -only to be told months later they are having issues with their standard shipping provider and only option is to upgrade shipping (or have order placed on hold indefinitely with no time table for resolution). Hello? How is that ethical to force your customers to upgrade shipping which cost 4-5x standard shipping. When asking for refund they charge a cancellation fee despite this not being what I agreed to and would have never ordered if I knew this would be the outcome. This is a shipping issue between the company and its supplier, not the customers fault so why should we be penalized?

Total scam, do not buy from this seller

Horrible experience. I ordered the Tamagotchi Paradise as a pre-order, as I'm a long time Tamagotchi fan and was super excited to see a new version coming out. I ordered it almost the moment the pre-order was available and was given an estimated release of August/September 2025. It is now October. I have gotten absolutely no updates about my order. I tried to contact customer support and got no response. The item I bought from them is now well past pre-order and has been released in stores, for much cheaper. During the time I was waiting for my order the product was released and I managed to get one in person two months after release. I am currently waiting to hear back about cancelling my order and getting a refund. If they don't get back to me soon I am going to call my bank and have the transaction disputed as fraud. Do not buy from this seller, you won't get your order and won't get a reply from them.

Sent me a broken device, and refuses to refund me

Lord, please don't order anything from them. They sent me a broken device, and I had to fight with them for a month for any semblance of a refund. When I was offered a refund by PayPal (not even them! I had to file a claim through PAYPAL) they demanded I pay return postage. Return postage is about as much as the value of the item. They also sent me so much extra stuff, I wouldn't doubt that they would claim that the return wasn't sent in full, so I can't get my refund. I'm just going to have to eat the loss of about 50€. A very expensive lesson to learn, especially in this economy. Please, please don't order from them.

Pre-ordered a Digimon Plush

Pre-ordered a Digimon plushie for a significant amount of money, then the company decided to not produce the plushie. Fine, not zenintcg's fault, however they did expirable store credit instead of a refund. Didn't realize it expired until recently because I was waiting for them to get something I actually wanted in stock, but the credits wouldn't even cover something of the same worth as the plush. Will not be buying from them again

Man sollte hier wirklich nichts kaufen. Sie verschieben den Versandt, informieren null und selbst wenn man nachfragt, bekommt man immer nur die gleiche Antwort, das "sie wüssten nichts". Es wäre immer die Schuld des ersten Verkäufers. (In meinem Fall Bandai)

Und wenn man dann nach knapp 2 Monaten die Schnauze voll hat, weil die Produkte überall sonst bereits geliefert sind oder sonst wie zum Kauf stehen, bekommt man nur 90% seines Geldes zurück. Das ist reine Vera*sche.

Good customer Support

Pretty good customer Service, may take some time to get an answer, but adequate for a small business.
Their support is reliable and it was easy to enlarge my Order.

A small, but understandable issue is the 10% cancelation Fee.
It would be nice if they had a cancelation fee cap or standard fee, but I think it's understandable for a small Company to have such a 10%, especially if some people cancel their pre-order, just because it's some weeks late....
It's a small company with limited capabilities, you can't expect shipping on par with amazon😂.

TL;DR:
A cool company, especially if your a Digimon Fan

Voglio segnalare una pratica scorretta che colpisce molti acquirenti: alcuni siti propongono prodotti in pre-vendita che poi non vengono mai spediti. Quando il cliente chiede il rimborso, il sito trattiene indebitamente una percentuale (es. 10%) invocando termini e condizioni poco trasparenti.

Questa modalità non solo è scorretta verso i consumatori, ma può configurare una pratica commerciale ingannevole ai sensi del Codice del Consumo (artt. 20–27). Il cliente ha diritto al rimborso integrale se il prodotto non è stato consegnato.

Invito tutti gli acquirenti a:
– leggere bene le condizioni prima di acquistare;
– pagare solo con strumenti che offrono protezione (PayPal “beni e servizi”);
– aprire contestazione immediata se la merce non arriva;
– segnalare queste pratiche all’Antitrust e al Centro Europeo Consumatori.

Solo così possiamo difenderci e far cessare comportamenti scorretti che minano la fiducia nel commercio online.
