Zuri furniture is one of the “best” furniture companies we have every dealt with online. We are always wondering about the quality and how things will come in when ordering online. Even worry that the office chair will not be comfortable. With Zuri, no problems getting better quality than you think you will get. The leather is excellent. Everything arrived perfectly. Every piece was rapped and boxed well. The office chair is perfect to sit in. When you put the chair together, it all fits very tightly. Expect to use some muscle. You will be very happy with your purchase. We will buy from them again and again. We will recommend to everyone.

the ROCKEFELLER LEATHER EXECUTIVE CHAIR chair is wonderful! the mechanism and support pieces are below standard! my tilt mechanism repeatedly failed. two betal bars connect the upper chair back to the mechanism. they just broke off suddenly. zuri has refused to make me whole. they wouldn't even sell me a replacement mechanism! i contacted their supplier, in china, zuri wouldn't even allow them to send me a replacement in their shipping container! i'm now stuck with an expensive chair with cheap, faulty mechanics! i would not buy this chair again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete scam. Please save yourself the headache and purchase from a more known company with good customer service. Furniture quality is poor and customer service was even worse.

Don't buy anything from Zuri furniture cheap stuff from China!

We've purchased from Zuri once before and the quality and style of the recliner chair was so fantastic that we wanted to try a different product from them. The counter stools we purchased are sturdy, functional, comfortable and so contemporary!! We just love them!

These are the type of kitchen stools I have been looking for. Heavy duty and beautiful. Replaced a cheap set from Macys that didn’t hold up to my family’s use. These are heavy duty. The square base is a must. Love them.

I want to say that I am pleased with my purchase of Mclntosh square table. Shipping was on time. Packaging was top notch. The table looks exactly as I anticipated. It adds luxury feeling to my living room. I would buy again from Zuri furniture.

We purchased a huge beautiful attention getting painting at Zuri. They were helpful through the purchase process and delivery (it was way to big for us to take in our truck) was exceptional. It was packaged with extreme care so as not to damage, and the men delivering were professional, kind and careful with our merchandise.

First it was their customer service and style that impressed me , once my orders started to arrive the quality of how they pack and ship to be sure they are not damaged .
Now all my house , office , living room , dinning room is zuri style elegant furniture . As I am starting to remodel my bedrooms that will be next and can not wait .

I’m about to make another purchase form Zuri furniture, they have excellent customer service and they are 100% reliable, what you see it’s wat you get. I don’t look any where else, their product quality is unmatched.
I bought first a total of 8 Boston chair
The second purchase was 6 mes dining chairs
And I’m remodeling my living room now.

I am really happy with Zuri's fast delivery, fair price and quality products. The Mesa dinning chair is comfortable, stylish and affordable. The modern sleek style goes great with the Fiore 53" Round Dining Table that has a built-in lazy susan. Perfect for our family.

Zuri sent out mismatched pieces of a 3 piece sofa. Seats did not match, legs did not match and center piece did not latch on. Zuri states they went above and beyond to help. NO they did not. They did not arrange to reimburse me the fees I spent to get this couch installed and then removed even though they paid for the return shipping. They did not compensate me for being out of a sofa for weeks. They did not compensate me for asking me to crawl under the sofa to take photos of the manufacturer's label. They offered to send a replacement but that was not going to be available for 6-8 weeks and based on their awful customer service with mistakes I had no confidence it would be shipped out on time or correctly. So I asked for a refund which they finally posted to my credit card weeks later - and as you know this shows up as a credit on the card and is NOT actually returned to the customer in the form of a check.
Customer service NON existent. Delays after delays. I paid $4,703 for this sofa. The sofa left in my house for weeks was mismatched and unsafe because the center pieces did not latch. I opted for a return. Needless to say they took over a week to find a shipper, have not reimbursed me for any of the additional fees I was out nor compensated me for this awful experience. My money finally showed up as a credit on my credit card but that means my money is only useable if I spend that amount using my credit card company. They do not give cash refunds nor compensation for wasted hours and hours. The untruthful response to my Yelp review essentially called me a liar. How outrageous. Do NOT use this company. Their products are shoddy, there is NO customer service, and they are rude. You will loose money and have nothing but stress. The Better Business Bureau of Dallas rates them as a D with multiple ONE star only reviews.

They present their furniture in the best light...but the reality is a regret for me.

I bought three expensive office chairs described as full leather. Only certain parts were. Slightly over two years later, the metal bottom base cracked and split on one chair, damaging my floor. I am normal weight, not heavy. I contacted them and the warranty ran out in a year, which I understand but this is faulty defective product sold to me. They wanted to sell me a replacement piece and no apologies for selling a substandard chair. Will never buy again from them.

Do not order from this company. They have very expensive products but will not back up their products with the customer support you would expect from a high end company. I asked for a return after spending 5 hours to put together a cabinet that had a broken piece. The item is not the quality I had expected but the company will not offer a return or even a store credit.

I ordered Sondra sectional with left facing orientation online. A delivery was stated as "✓ In Stock - Delivered in 1 - 2 weeks". The order was delivered in 3 weeks with incorrect sofa / chaise combo and damaged parts. The seller asked me to pack and store these furniture parts at my cost and wait another X weeks for a replacement sofa.

Highlights:
1. easy online ordering and fast processing
2. friendly delivery team
3. overall sofa looks and feels good
4. friendly customer service over the phone

Lowlights:
1. delayed delivery. It was expected on the week of Dec 13th - 20th before Christmas but delivered only on December 27th
2. messed up order. Inoperable sofa was shipped - left facing chaise and right facing sofa. There is no way to put it together
3. some damages on the chaise - underneath upholstery is torn and one leg is bent
4. sofa sold with discontinued accessories. There is no way to order 2 additional headrests
5. all 3 backrests have different width between 26 and 27 inches

In conclusion:
The seller communicates inconsistently and ignores most customer's concerns. For example, they initiated another order with a correct sofa without asking myself whether the resolution is acceptable or not, without any delivery ETA knowing that it's time sensitive order and I'd prefer a refund vs late delivery. They didn't take care of the wrong order making the customer accountable to store it till the right order delivered.

Absolutely and without any qualification THE WORST. Ordered 4 pieces of office furniture. Confirmed on November 7 as shipped from seller to a local warehouse. Delayed en route. Damaged en route. Delayed in delivery. Finally, today, 42 days after first notified of shipment, they attempted delivery--and showed up with only TWO of the four pieces.

No matter what you do, do not beguile yourself into thinking that Zuri has ANY idea whatsoever what it is doing.
