Refused to take responsibility
I bought a game from the US and it arrived from the UK and is not usable for my game console. This wasn't specified on the website and they said I can ship it back at my own expense which I dont feel is fair. I also don't want to go to the post office in corona times as I have diabetes and I'm in the high-risk group. I would like the company to take responsibility to just repay me the amount I paid.

Hi Angelica, sorry to hear that. As we state in our FAQs, all items are the European version but they should still be usable in all the modern consoles for what you would only need to create a UK account in your gaming online platform. -Diego

Can't give this company enough stars for the quality of the window film received and cost. Their customer service is 2nd to none and wouldn't hesitate to buy again
