Also mal abgesehen von den Düften ist der Kunde hier an erster Stelle. Hammer Service und Express-Lieferung macht das ganze zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Die Verpackung ist besonders und alles super sicher verpackt. Vielen Dank - 10 Sterne!

If you’ve ever owned a Xerjoff fragrance then you’d know that the experience begins with the prevention of the fragrance and the packaging. Undoubtedly, this niche brand stands out for its originality and creativity. However, this time I must focus my compliments on Alice from CS. She was patient and kind to coordinate a delivery between three countries for a special occasion in my life. I will forever be thankful and keep in my memory that the people behind any remarkable brand are the ones who make a difference.

Bei meiner Bestellung hatte ich vergessen die 10% für die erste Bestellung mit einzulösen und wollte deswegen meine Bestellung stornieren. Der Support von Xerjoff hat mich angeschrieben und mir angeboten die 10% nachträglich noch abzuziehen. Das hat alles reibungslos geklappt und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war schnell und einfach. Selten habe ich mich als Kunde so gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Voto 0 all'assistenza, due campioncini su quattro sono arrivati rotti, mi volevano dare un buono inferiore all'acquisto, avevo richiesto i due profumi, ma mi hanno detto che logisticamente non era possibile?! ho dovuto insistere per avere un rimborso. Alla fine ho pagato la spedizione di 5 euro per ricevere due campioncini. Meno male che era una cifra bassa, non acquisterei un prodotto costoso con un sistema di assistenza così penoso

Wonderful support, great Communication. I love the perfume, long lasting, and so unique (Neo Rio, and Black Moonlight). I had a large order that got stuck in US customs, Alice from XERJOFF was a life saver, assisted me in providing information they needed and I received my order quickly. I look forwards to ordering more fragrances from this company, thank you again!

I rarely leave reviews, but I can't pass by here, I am very grateful to the staff, I ordered all the way to Canada, everything was organized very quickly, and very cool 100/10👍

Even tho i’m living in the middle east, but the delivery was on time, the customer service is the best, Marco and specially Alice. I ordered a perfume and a sample kit (4 perfumes 2ml), they all smell so good 🫠

Ich kann nur von meiner bis jetzt ersten Bestellung schreiben. Ich bestellte ein Parfum und zwei Sample-Kits.
Es erfolgte alles so, wie auch auf der Website beschrieben war. Die Ware wurde für 19,- Euro mit Expressversandt verschickt und war zwei Tage später da. Leider nicht bei mir, sondern in einer Postfiliale. Dies war ärgerlich, jedoch Schuld von DHL und nicht von Xerjoff.
Die Ware war sehr sorgsam verpackt und es gab extra zum kostenlosen Sample-Kit sogar noch ein kleines Geschenk dazu.
Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und werde auf jedenfall wieder bei Xerjoff.com direkt bestellen.

La mia esperienza con Xerjoff, è stata fin dall'inizio eccellente, con una gestione delicata e adeguata nella cura del cliente, vivo in Francia e durante la spedizione, ho avuto problemi nella consegna e il team del servizio clienti ha seguito me e con la compagnia di spedizioni in ogni momento, gestendo ciò che potrebbe essere successo al mio pacco, alla fine non posso fare nulla a causa delle politiche della compagnia di trasporto, ma Xerjoff è sempre stato attento alla gestione, anche senza sapere che allo stesso modo avrei fatto un altro ordine per ottenere il mio profumo. A parte la qualità e il buon gusto degli aromi di Xerjoff hanno un servizio clienti spettacolare, grazie mille!!!

I can only echo the previous negative reviews and note that it is evident that many customers are more than dissatisfied with Xerjoff's customer service. In my case, it was specifically about a late delivery, which Xerjoff couldn't care less about. The arrogance that the company rests on because they have launched two good fragrances will ultimately cost them many customers. It's a pity; one often expects better from a professional company. But then, I'll stick with tried and true, good brands like Prada and Gucci, who know how to appreciate and respect their customers.
