On 4/30/2025 I placed an online order at xfactormotorsports.com for a Briggs and Stratton 22kW generator and paid by credit card. Since that time, nearly a month ago, I have left four voice messages at their advertised telephone contact point with absolutely no reply. I sent two email messages to their advertised email contact point, again with absolutely no reply. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they have not yet charged my credit card for the generator. I would suggest that at best the company is incompetent. At worst, I guess that is yet to be determined. In any case, do you want to do business with an incompetent business? They're really should be a zero stars review category...
