Overall, their price is competitive and good but should there be any issues with your product, customer service is a huge challenge.

I had issues with the product key for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 - it was simply not sent with the download link. It took me many, many calls (only once was answered with no resolution), 3 long attempts through live chats (2 were ignored midway), and about 6 hours from 1st attempt for it to finally be resolved.

I truly appreciated the assistance from their customer service rep, Jake. He really was helpful. According to him, their online help system was facing issues last week. Perhaps this might well be the problem or it is more than this. So hopefully their service would improve.

I can only give this a 3 star due to the ordeal I have had to go through to get it resolved. I felt like I was being ignored the first few times i.e. chats halfway not responded to.

Please please do not use this company, the code they give you does not work so when you contact them they tell you that you need to pay more to get a product that is compatible.
They then stop replying to your messages!
I’ve reported them to PayPal, fingers crossed they can help to stop people from getting scammed by XPressKeys!

Absolutely first class service - I had a few technical issues at my end but xpresskey were brilliant. Listened patiently and sorted it out for me very quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Ian H

Fast, cheap just what is needed.

I have tried to contact by phone and email and have been unsuccessful in both counts and have now given up trying. Rubbish firm go else ware if you can.

I did not get response from online chat person for a query about installation
of programme I bought from you yesterday.

Otherwise it was an ok experience.

Scam. I paid for a redirection to the Microsoft website, which can be accessed freely.

Purchased Microsoft home and business 2019, once download the link via the email it wasn’t anywhere on the iPad when I went back to email link it kept saying link expired.

Absolutely brilliant, quick and easy.

Initially I had difficulty installing and activating the product. I was given patient, clear support which was quick and easy to access. Very happy with both product and service.

Looking more and more like a scam. Download the software, no License Key, no customer service via email or live chat (the latter says "Instantly responds in under a minute" It would be funny if I hadn't been trying for days.

[Update 29/06] - Finally received a response from live chat after posting this. Coincidence? New version emailed with License key, will update if functioning...

Do not buy from this company they take your money & then they don't supply the software licences. They go silent on the support chat when you ask for a refund, I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scam...product doesn't work no matter how many times you delete and download again. No response from the live chat or answering of the contact number. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Purchased office in error on Monday 14th June in error for someone whom I hadnt realised had returned their macbook. I have not downloaded the product and had contacted xpresskey via the chat for a refund which I am entitled to under uk consumer contract regulations and I was advised to contact the sales team via email. I have had no response or acknowledgment from them and tried to contact via the chat again (where you can see when they have read your chat messages) and received no response from the chat and completely ignored. Unprofessional company who ARE NOT customer friendly.......Still being ignored by their webchat which falsely claims to be 24/7 and responds within a minute.....probably more like Never.

They are interested one thing....your money. They dont help when theres customer issues

The Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 for Mac OS was instantly downloadable following acceptance of my credit card details.
The price was excellent and the software works perfectly well on my imac and will bring up earlier documentsversions of office for mac.
Xpresskey is a really helpful Companyand provide a help guide with the software.

I bought my MS word for Mac for a very reason price and was sent and email and I downloaded the application and key and there it was on my computer. Simple and straight forward and I did have a question and rang someone in Manchester who was very helpful.

Having downloaded the three documents I was unable to install the package following the instructions. I tried the help system but they just sent me round in circles. I tried downloading again without success
