Outstanding service and value.
Excellent service. Everything went through easily and quickly on the website during purchase. And then I realised I had ordered the wrong version of the software I wanted. But that was not a problem - one phone call and ten minutes later the order (already paid for) was adjusted and the correct software link was winging its way to me. Outstanding service and value. First class.

Ok got over initial frustration - got in touch with Xpressy who helped me resolve what was in effect a schoolboy error on my part 🙄
Total waste of time and money keeps asking for a password to download but does not say which one - I have several none of them work can I have my money back please ?
Love the way you provide guidelines for reviewers don't tell us what you think feel fit into our world -------

Just bought 2019 office for home…
Just bought 2019 office for home use...need to ask questions..claim response within a minute...waited 30 mins now and counting..2hrs later I’ve managed to download and all seems to be working well. They did however, eventually come in on the helpline. Always nervous times when you spend money a can’t get an acknowledgment

Note: Remove all versions of Microsoft Office installed on your machine before installing the retail version. Multiple versions of Office installed will cause errors and conflicts.
