Great experience
We had a great experience dealing with XS Network Tech, from start to finish. XS Network Tech was able to source and guarantee a delivery of Cisco modules when no other Cisco supplier wanted to put in writing to guarantee the same. Very happy customer.

We replied to you at 9:10AM on Friday 2/7 (exactly 17 minutes after the first communication), asking that you repack the router so that we can arrange a courier to collect it under warranty.
Please check your emails and then consider amending your review, as it reflects poorly on our customer service, whereas we straight away offered to collect and replace this device.
XS Network was easy to transact with
Was quoted quickly and shipment was made as promised once payment was received.
