Excellent service by Ash and the team…
Excellent service by Ash and the team at XS Network. A small mix up happened with what part I required for a Cisco switch I was mounting in a Communicaitons rack.
The part I required was identified after one email and was expressed shipped to me the next day. Ash said don't worry about sending the wrong part back. Thanks so much!

Amazing customer service and fast delivery! After being sent the wrong item initially due to a warehouse mix up, they replied to my email within a few hours and organised a replacement to be sent out on the next business day. Can't fault their communication at all.
