Used to be a good responsive company after the merge with cherry haven't heard a single thing from support regarding faulty product. Go elsewhere

I have brought several mice from Xtrfy…

I have brought several mice from Xtrfy and all have had failues with the click wheel button failing after 2 years of use, meaning it falls out of warranty.

I would do your research on this as they make great looking mice but don't last long for all day use

Sincerely horrible and irresponsible customer support

There is no refund, return within 14 days. They are making time and answering with the templates most likely to delay allowed by the EU law returns.

The latest update of the software for their hardware is one year. Make your decision.

Wireless mice with no lag are having more clicks delay than my office mouse which makes it out of the claimed competitive environment. Pay to lose.

Stay away from this website as it will provide zero support, save time, and go straight to the payment system to escalate the dispute.

Arrogant support employees and no help

In 2020, I won a competition where I received a H1 headset from Xtrfy - When I started using the microphone, it had intermittent issues, of consistently dropping out, where I had to move the microphone around to get it working for a short period of time, and this happened repeatedly.

I reached out to Xtrfy support, to get some help. After confirming that I did have the headset, I was met with radio silence, and had to write 2 new messages to get the support employee to actually respond. It ended with me getting new microphones, to check whether the headset or the microphones were faulty. After having the same issue with 4 different Xtrfy microphones, I reached out to them again. Initially they wanted to send me more microphones, which I didn't see the point of, as it was unlikely that it was an issue with the microphones, when I've tried 4 different microphones. Initially the support employee informed me they didn't have any H1 headsets, but only H2 and asked me directly "Please let me know what you want to do?!" - Which seems fairly aggressive for no reason.

They said that I would most likely be able to get a working H1 3 months from now. Because they don't have any way of signing me up to get one, when they're back in stock, I was asked to contact them at a later point. I contacted them in march, to check in the stock, nothing - But I would now be able to get it in June - Still with no way of giving me any feedback, only that I had to contact them.

June comes around, it's time to contact them and get my headset. Keep in mind, that this whole ordeal started in December 2020, so I've now been 6 months without a headset with a working microphone.

The response I got, was extremely frustrating as it seemed like the support employee couldn't care less
"Th date I got earlier got delayed a bit, so it will be in little over a month" - So in the end, I'm now looking at more than 7 months waiting for a working headset, with little to no contact from the company, and speaking to people who couldn't seem to care less. So now I'm waiting for the middle of July, to see if I'm lucky enough to get a headset, or if I'm met with another indifferent message, telling me I have to wait longer.
