The XY came today and realize it´s junk, don´t fall for it!

Salve, anche io sono rimasto deluso. Il dispositivo non rimane acceso e il suono non si sente, inoltre per ricercare il telefono bisogna che la app sia aperta, quindi praticamente inutile. Trovo pio difficoltà a capire come restituirlo; se qualcuno può aiutarmi....grazie.

Non fatevi attirare da pubblicità ingannevoli è una truffa, è un dispositivo che non serve a niente perchè non ha un GPS all'interno, ha solo un cicalino che tramite l'applicazione potete farlo suonare se non è troppo lontano. Soldi buttati.

Købte en "XY Find It". Der blev reklameret med at det skulle være en GPS enhed, men er så kun en Bluetooth enhed. Så håber ikke tyven kommer uden for rækkevide.....!

Vind bereik is letterlijk nul.
alleen als je op het knopje drukt is er een update van de locatie. telefoon letterlijk op het ding leggen en hij vind het nog niet ook niet na uren / dagen.

C'est à fuir ca ne vaut rien c'est pas un GPS ça marche en bluetooth donc visible que a quelques mètres.
Une pure arnaque n'achetez pas ce trucs qui ne sert à rien

totally useless cant find my bike key but when tested on my car keys sitting in the next room cant find them either just a message lost quit or confirm hopeless waste of money

I understand the bluetooth limintations, the group networking, If it worked as advertised, it would be fine but they don't work. I bought 25 of them on sale, great advertising. They are the 4++, I tried several of them on multiple phones they all have the same issue. after 5 minutes they go to sleep. they work for 5 minutes then shut down. support says to unregester and reconnect, no help. A lot of engering to be a scam but something went wrong with the new model programing or the android update. hoping for a program update to fix the problem. So much bad press it may be too late.

I have 2 of these. I lose my keys so often. The app is almost useless. When I look for my car key, I've had it show me that it's in the middle of the lake days after I went kayaking and used the key to drive home. Today I'm trying to find my key - if I hit the "find it"button on the app instead of making a tone to help me find my key (like I would expect it to) I get a "Report as Lost? Your XY is out of range. But don't worry, we may be able to help you find it with our XY community". Seriously??? It's at my house and I even walked all over the house until the blue dot which represents my phone is right on top of the dropped pin for the supposed location of the key & it is NOT on my kitchen countertop. I can't even find a way online to get the instructions to make it sound a tone unless I have the finder in my hand to press the tone button so how is this useful????? Forget customer service - that just refers to a useless website.

Cant track a car, nor a bicycle. You need to be in the car itself to track it lol.

This item is garbage. Actually this company gives garbage a bad name. I took my dogs for a walk and lost connection one house away from my address. I tried to read the instructions on the webpage and there is none. I tried to join the service and got an alert that the website was trying to steal my data and passwords. WTH!!!!!! Complete ripoff but I take blame for this because I didn't read any reviews. Only went by the website. Like a person said before me, "IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!!!"

It doesn't work. Fake. It won't find your items at all. Don't but this product

Would also rate at ZERO if I could ! Useless bluetooth very short range device that would only locate what's already in front of you, complete scam, takes 2 months to be delivered, add'l TAX payment + Royal Mail fee needed, useless and arrogant customer service, fake refund procedure !!! AVOID at all cost.

Would rate 0 if I could, don't buy from them and I haven't received the parcel for over 40days, their customer service attitude and quality is so bad!

scam....no real technical info....will not work at distance

Ordered tracker and received it by mail. However, no instructions were included. Went on to their website and couldn't find any information of how to SET UP or START TRACKING DEVICE anywhere. All the confusing information on the website is abut selling and comparing themselves to other products, but no attention was given to help people who have already purchased. Definitely not a user friendly product. After spending almost an hour trying to figure it out I just decided to get rid of it and try something else.

ZERO, ce n'est pas un tracker GPS, mais il sont très fort, on ne peut pas laisser d'avis.
Fuyez, c'est une arnaque comme beaucoup de produits vendus sur les annonces youtube et autre.

So after reading all the negative reviews I decided to try it for myself. I purchased 278 of the XY-4's and to my dismay none of them worked. I think I will try this one more time just to be sure. Look for my latest review in the coming months.
