1) Track it across the country???? It's a Bluetooth device!!!10 meters range. False advertising.
2) Unable to verify my email to activate the device, all browsers are blocking the connection with their website as being scam. So...Scam.
I have emailed customer support, requesting a full refund, total waste of money.

Ordered one of their Bluetooth tracking devices and lanyard.
Never received anything after waiting several weeks. Emails requesting a money refund only met with lame duck excuses, a phoney UPS tracking number and advice to contact our Customs people. Which I did. They had no knowledge of the shipment and UPS said the tracking number was false.
Looks like the Persistent company is operating a scam.

Really Not impressed! I have the XY-4+ On a brand new battery, The device seems to turn off by itself, you hear three descending beeps and then it disappears out of range.... Then I try to scan it as it is standing next to me and it's suggesting me to report it lost!!?? What the!!??
Not very useful if you have really lost your keys... :(

DO NOT BUY THIS- The range is way too limited. The devices never stop chirping ! There is no "peace" day or night. If you are in the same room..you wont be able to sleep...pets are "frighted" by the sound which is frequent and Random " ! There is no way to stop the random " chirping" .

this site was tyring to get you to buy bit coins or was advertising them .

It just doesn't work. I live in Australia. I don't know how many products are actually sold here in Melbourne. But I figure, if I am sitting in my car, in a parking lot, and it can't find the car I am actually sitting in, then it doesn't work.So, amazingly as it seems, it my car is stolen, I can't find it even if it is in the next street. But the futher away it goes from my phone, the less chance of finding it, because it then relies on others having their phones on, and the actual app running, so that it can ping its location. Very disappointed. Nice try though. And yes, I did go back to the earlier reviews. Does seem that there was an early spike of good reviews, but lately, every review is a bad review. I would not have even given them obe star.

It is a scam I bought a pack of 5, battery are exhausted on delivery, range is poor, on a good day the app shows you the place you activated the device, then it can't find it. Do not buy this stuff. C'est une arnaque, n'achetez pas ce produit.

Don't waste your hard earned money on what should be called the CON-1 device.

In all fairness, I haven’t bought this product. But look carefully at the reviews. All of the positive ones are grouped tightly together in a time period of a few days. That tells me the company has blasted this site with phony testimonials. Lots just on February 28 and March 1 2019. And they still only managed to drive it up to a 2-star rating. Cynical, but not good!

This is cheap stuff you can buy in aliexpress.com for a dollar.

These kind of scams are done by the same people and follow pretty much the same model.

1. Take a cheap product from China (aliexpress.com)
2. Setup a quick website to sell the product at a highly inflated price
3. make a marketing ad and put it on youtube

It works now and again with all fairness - I would say one time out of 15 on average within 10 meters. And so if you often loose your car within 10 meters you would be better off investing into spectacles.

Find my car keys but not the car if stolen or the golf clubs in the back ! Very disappointing that I have been
misled again by this online American company . The product is falsely advertised and payment does disclose US currency .Bought 10 , one for the dog if he stays in the driveway , all the keys I have maybe.....

Useless device. Poor range. Hardly connects. Terrible app. Don't waste money like I did.

Worst product on the market.
There product videos are a complete lie and a scam.
App is next to useless and range is less than 2 meters if it connect's at all.

I had the xy4 and it was appalling. would not track the item and even though it was next to my phone the app said searching, the app also kept freezing and the web site was very poor as well, sent it back for a full refund
