I purchased 10 and none of them work they just keep beeping and the only way to FIND anything is have the phone in one hand and the XY NON-findable then they might work. Pure TRASH.

Lots of fake reviews but very hard to report this to trust pilot

Don't buy. I received 2 as a present from a friend. The first one beeps whenever jiggled, despite the fact that the battery has been adjusted, as per the instructions on the website. The second says it's "Already Been Claimed". After 2 weeks of back and forth emails with a member of the "Support Team" (they don't take calls, FYI), neither issue has been fixed. I've asked to return them so my friend can recoup the money, but I doubt they'll get back to me on that, either.

Just when you have the phone in 15m range.. The clip showing the car and the map on the phone... hahaha... Faaake!!

I looked at many reviews, and concluded that the guy who said all the positive (5 star) reviews are faked is correct!
There were 4 in a row that referred to "The Persistent Company"... Like one said "The Persistent Company never ceases to amaze me!" But a few reviews later a supposedly different person said "The Persistent Company ceases to amaze me!"--he repeated himself but was careless...

I just received 5 of them. I setup 2 of them last night. They worked last night. This morning, they showed they are out of range, when the units are in my apartment right next to me. This is absurd. I have already reset the units and they work for a minute and then they are out of range again when they are sitting right next to me. I even took out the battery to reset the unit, and had the same issue.

I used to do Product Development for a consumer electronics company and so far, I am extremely unimpressed and frustrated with this product. I am extremely tech savvy considering this should be a very simple product to use.

The sad part is that one of the units is now missing in my apartment and I can't even get it to make noise, because it says that it's out of range. The units never left my apartment.

I've setup 2 more and will see if they still work in the morning. Their support, troubleshooting, etc. on their website is useless.

Don't waste your money!

I bought this as a so called stock off and away from a broker. The made it sound that this "tech advantage stock" would be soaring in the market after its IPO. It never happened and now I have proof of $360 worthless stock that no one in their right mind would want. These are low class thieves with a silver tongue. I am so ashamed of them and I am upset that I could have been so naive to have trusted them.
These people should be sued for all the damage they have done to countless others that were also innocent victims.

Worthless! The five star reviews must be fake as I can’t imagine anyone rating this product of any actual value. One of the worst things I’ve ever purchased.

I couldn’t help but notice that each of the one star reviews has a different date, and about 90% of the five star reviews were written over a two week period, February 15 to March 1, 2019. The vast majority of these five star reviews contain only a few words, like “Awesome product” or “Love this company.” Countless reviews in two weeks (45 written on March 1 alone) with all of them giving the product five stars. Nearly every other review says the product is garbage - one star - with each review written on a different date and considerably more detailed than just a few words.

Did someone write a bunch of fake reviews to boost their product’s rating? It’s kind of obvious, wouldn’t you say?

Absolutely ridiculous. The video shows the ACTUAL tracking of a vehicle but then you receive them with NO instructions and must rate the company BEFORE you can even use it! The customer support number just rings busy, and I’ve yet to find a SINGLE claim they made that is true.

Not really worth 1 star. I was led to believe it could be used to track, say my car or bike but when received, was told it can only find things that are a few metres away. What's more, I don't know how to get my money back!

For it to work you have to sit along side it, as soon as you move away by a couple of metres, it stops working. If you want to use it to find your phone, the phone screen has to be on, once it turns off you can no longer track it. Brought 3, so realistically you can say I got screwed 3 times

Facebook states it will track your missing vehicle. Once purchased it states the maximum tracking is 300 feet.

Piece of junk. Advertised as a tracker anywhere. Waste of 40 dollars don't buy

This xy Tracker s totally missing advertised . Wont work I your car or bike unless your standing next to them . So you dont need a tracker for that. Bought this to track my sons MX bike . A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

The device sounds when you don't need it to the point I had to take it off my key ring. The range is dismal.

Garbage!!! They falsely advertise putting this in a car to track it and the range is nowhere near adequate for that. Plus they have a gps map in it to further mislead you to think you can track via GPS. A waste of $40. Even if you wanted to track ya dog. If it runs too far away you cant use this tracker to find it. I really wish people would just be truthful about they damn products for a change!!!!

Dont buy this crap, this is just like there former product TrackR, and is just as bad. It's range is less than 15f if it works at all. Total bad device

XY Find is garbage. The ads are deceptive. In fact fraudulent. They show the XY Find attached to a car to track it. This garbage product barely works in the same room. Don't waste your money.
