Bought five hoping to tag the items I need to keep finding. Total rubbish, intermittent, keeps setting off phone when dormant, and range is useless. I would seriously look at alternatives before choosing this. I spent 160 us dollars and extra money importing to UK. Deeply regret this purchase having been whooed by clever advertising, never again

So many fake reviews!
Interesting how all the first few hundred reviews, obviously bought by the company, make no mention of what the product is or does but generally praise the company effusively. Not very typical of real reviews. The last few reviews are made by REAL people!

The most appalling waste of money, unless you want to know where your tracker might have been (within 150-300feet is the range given by the company- perhaps they meant centimetres?) within the last week unless the other U.K. user (Hi John) happens to travel within metres of your object.
This is poor. This is an expensive version of “Tile”. The app is poor. The selling points are “millions of users” can track your item for you. - doesn’t work. Save your money. Do not buy this item.

Absolute garbage, save your money, tell everyone you know, shout it from the rooftoops until every child has heard how bad this product is

Absolute crap.Only gives OLD info of where XY last saw it....what use is that. Not enough users in Australia.

1. Blue tooth technology and a horrible battery drain.
2. Functional within 100 feet. Only suitable for in house locating.
3. Audible alert too quiet.
4. long distance locating is dependent on the XY Community,(another person with this product must be near it.)
5. Software not refined in its development
This unit (level4) not ready to be sold and appears to have been rushed to market. Many software issues.
After many hours testing the unit, its time to throw it in the junk drawer and give up....

Where are the millions of crowd users? At least on a mapping App like Waze the number of actual users nearby can be seen.
To XYFind it: Either use proper GPS or show us that there is actually a crowd of users.
At the moment it is only good for reminding a user (roughly) where one’s phone and the tag were last beside each other (provided the app was running).
Feeling ripped off!

I never leave reviews unless products are amazingly good or I feel it is my public duty to warn people when they are being ripped of.
This was a gift from a relative for Christmas and has never worked once to find anything. The gadget only goes off randomly when the button gets pressed accidentally in my pocket ( not so great as I work in sound studios allot ). XY Find It is currently telling me my Van is at West London address I visited 3 months ago. My wallet Keys and Bag are all often listed as being in different places, when in fact they are always in the same place.
I was being pressured for gift ideas for Christmas and saw the XY Find It on one of those innovation gift wed adverts. I will never buy anything of one of these sites again its all trash. Do Your Research.
BAN CHRISTMAS.

I have 4 of these and they are not reliable at all. Even when the app is constantly running on my cellphone, they are not found. I changed the battery of one of them because it was constantly ringing. Didn't fonction better after. Very disappointed. Bought them 4 months ago.

I agree with most of the people on here. They make it very small print that these devices only work if you or someone else has the same app on their phone and is 30' away... which is very slim. Complete waste of time and money.

I’m so happy I bought only one of this things.
Perhaps you can use it when you have Alzheimer’s disease and don’t know where you put your keys in the house.
Be aware ! Range is only around 50 meters ( if you’re lucky)

does not work unless your keys are 5 m away. Then intermittently. As for my dog, the tag is too big for a small dog. Noticed a lot of reviews were reported, probably the negative ones! Purchasing experience was fine.

Firstly, the delivery time on this product was excessive, I contacted the company and had the standard unhelpful email
I recontacted them and eventually I was informed there were delays in delivery but I would receive the product.

Upon delivery of the 8 I had purchased I eagerly set out to see if they matched the product’s sales blurb
Unfortunately. I found the following
1/ the range is at best a matter of a few feet
2/ the advertising showing cars being tracked is totally misleading
3/. I have made representation to XYfindit without success although they DO admit the range is limited

I would not recommend this product at all and certainly XYFINDIT should rethink the veracity of their advertising

I can only conclude that the previous reviews have been made by associates of XYFindit because frankly the product does not do what it is advertised to do

Waste of money
Don't track only if you within 100 foot away from it

Downloading app, personalising name and pairing on smart phone by bluetooth is a smooth process. This wee GPS is superb for keeping track of our grandbaby Burmese when it comes to us for respite care (attached to collar). Highly recommend.

This device should’ve existed years ago when I was still losing everything! Efficient and easy to use. Recommend it!
