Dom's customer service is first class

Dom's customer service is first class. You will not find another secondary number app with service like it. Always helpful no matter how many annoying questions I ask! Will always look into things if I have trouble with a call, provides updates as to where team are with investigations! Cannot fault at all!

Dom is an asset to Yay.com!

Thank you Claudio - what a hero!

Have been with yay.com as a business customer for about 10 years and never really had any problems, but recently had issues with our hardware meaning no inbound or outbound service, so i reached out to their support team for help.

Claudio went above and beyond to try and get things back working - he was extremely patient, even though he was working on out-dated systems that he wasn't knowledgeable about, he made sure that he left no stone unturned to try and fix the problem.

I'm extremely grateful for his kind and genuine manner, and can't thank him enough for taking all the pressure out of a stressful situation.

Claudio is a real asset to yay.com and deserves 10 stars if i could give them.

I had a great experience with Dom Baker and the team at Yay.com. Don’s customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping at every stage.

What stood out most was how easy he made the whole process feel. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered questions promptly, and made me feel valued as a customer. That level of care and attention is rare.

Dom is not only excellent at what he does, but also a genuinely impressive person to deal with. I would highly recommend Yay.com.

I needed something sorted out on an old account; a potentially sensitive issue. Dom Baker sorted it all out for me. Very quickly and with a big "smile". How can you see a smile in an email? I don't know... I just felt it.

I was looking for an alternative mobile solution for personal & business use and Yay.com fits it perfectly

I was looking for an alternative mobile phone solution that would cover both my business and personal use, especially while travelling across Europe. Due to the “intelligence” of Brexit, UK mobiles now come with restrictions and additional costs when used in the EU.

After carrying out extensive research, along with the very helpful assistance I received from Junaid Teladia at Yay.com, I decided to subscribe to the yearly premium plan. I’m also able to host my original UK mobile number through the app, which in turn maintains access to my WhatsApp and other applications.

I’m extremely happy with the service and really appreciate all the features, from voicemail to hold music. I’m particularly pleased with my subscription, which allows me to call clients across Europe while also staying in touch with friends and family in different countries. I have recommended Yay.com to others and will continue to do so.

We’ve had a really positive experience…

We’ve had a really positive experience with our new telecoms provider, and Junaid has been a huge part of that. He was incredibly supportive before we signed up, helped us all the way through the setup and is still on hand whenever we have any questions. His service has been excellent throughout and has made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Junaid is first class and Yay is great too

I tried a different supplier first and was frustrated with a lack of response. I called Yay and got through to Junaid immediately. From start to finish he was excellent! Helpful, patient and kind. Answered all my questions got me setup on the system gave me everything I needed to test it worked for me. After I signed up he followed up with me to check everything was working. Junaid was a case study on how to look after customers and turn them into fans! Thank you!

Recommended by Claude AI but the ultimate decision was made due to the kind and approachable nature of Junaid Teladia. Top sales chap without being a 'sales chap'. The service so far seems really good, time will tell but i fear that even if i have an issue it will be dealt with promptly and properly..
