It seems that you want to get any excuse to cover your shortcomings. First, how did you know my account? Because I did not write my account information? Second, I did not submit any request to buy cheap traffic. Is buying 1000 pop under visits for $1 ($0.001) considered cheap traffic?

I confirm they are a scam company. They intentionally run ads to trick customers into depositing into their accounts for the purpose of selling ads.
After depositing $ 100, they only return $ 95 to the user's account.
Then they didn't send any traffic but still deducted my money.
When I found out, they said you just run away, no problem. As soon as I read the comments that this company is a scam, I requested a refund from the company. They said they will refund if my balance is over 90$ and take 50$ refund fee. This is a blatant scam.

BEWARE SCAMS!!!
This company is the worst I've ever been working with. I made a huge mistake to top up balance and testing my campaigns there. I asked about bids and tried what they recommended, nothing was working. Traffic was not coming and when I kindly asked for refund, they declined because of "policy".
Their support is terrible, all they can do is blaming you.
Hope no one else will get scammed as me.

If you ask for a refund, they will charge $50(yes $50!)
IF your balance is above $90!!!
I funded money via Paxum($1 per transaction) but they charged $5 saying it is processing fee.

TEST
I tested Push campaign with low rate CPL ($0.02 per conversion with 7-10% CR) for affiliate campaigns in 3rd GEOs with 40-80% Landing CTR on average.

Results? Total crap.
I've been in this industry for 2 years, but I have not seen any traffic quality worse than this one.
0.6% LP CTR and lots of simple bot traffic with 0% CTR.

I can write more reasons, but this should be enough to avoid this company. Just Don't TRY
