You didn’t inform us about this issue after your order was delivered. If you had reached out, we would have gladly offered a replacement or refund immediately. Unfortunately, we can’t take action when we’re not notified, and it’s disappointing to only find out through this 2-star review.

Hello,

Zito goat milk is suitable for kittens at every stage of development, and any source can attest to this.

We recommended three different brands of goat milk to you, and we have sold over fifty pieces of each to owners of kittens and puppies. You CHOSE the ZITO GOAT MILK.

THE ZITO GOAT MILK DID NOT KILL YOUR KITTEN, BUT YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND MISTREATMENT KILLED THE KITTEN. (We have receipts of this.)

- According to the video you sent to us when we asked for the video or picture of your kitten, you tied your 6-week-old kitten down to a table leg with a rope and no collar while the kitten was meowing loudly, obviously in distress. Also, you said you found her dead in her cage that you left her; this was after we recommended that you release the kitten so she does not feel restrained.

- You claimed the vet that immunized the kitten at 4 weeks old said the goat milk is not for kittens (note, it is wrong to immunize a kitten at 4 weeks old; immunization should be given at at least 6-8 weeks old)

We are not saying definitively that either of these situations caused the death of your kitten, but these are circumstances that show your kitten was not properly cared for and could in fact lead to the death of a kitten that young. To claim that our goat milk, which we have sold to over 50 buyers, caused the death of your kitten is not only untrue but unfair.

Once again, we are sorry for the loss of your kitten, and everyone at Yemorade Pet Store is saddened for your loss, but we cannot take responsibility for the negligence that resulted in the death of your poor kitten.
