Postal rip off … get a grip
Having used your shop in Inverness
I found your staff very easy to deal with helpful and pleasant so I picked up a catalog for future order as we live on Skye
Unfortunately this is where your service fail’s dramatically
I needed a mcb for my fuse box
I relatively small item which costs less than five pounds
Great price you’d think until you get to postage and that’ll be £ 20
Ridiculous springs to mind
We live on a island that has a bridge and an excellent postal service
You can post items to this part of uk from as little as £2 ( InPost) with Royal Mail being less than £5
But no £20 …. Really get grip

Overpriced products
Disappointed at again being overcharged on products, when you compare prices from others the price in console cases is double.
I will be taking my business elsewhere as I am a small self employed tradesman trying to help my customers from being overcharged .

Poor Delivery
Parcel was not delivered even though it said it was out for delivery on the Friday.
I emailed to check on its position and didnt get a reply, but it was delivered on the Monday.
