I purchased what I thought was a membership with insurance for $54.99 and then found I did not purchase the Insurance - even though it does state on my invoice: Description: Yoga Journal TeachersPlus with Part-Time Insurance

I ended up contacting Lockton and purchased part-time insurance through them for $116.00. So my total is $170.99 and I may be getting two magazines a month.

I needed to cancel a purchase made in error. It’s been 3 days since I contacted customer service with no response. A similar error made with Yoga International was addressed within hours.

great tools for teaching. Just wish I could have gotten just insurance and then membership later.

This was so easy and straightforward. I also needs to add my Reiki Energy Work to my policy. I was just told to make the call in a couple days after policy is active and it will be taken care off. And so affordable.

Great resources, responsive customer service!

I purchased Teacher's insurance, but there is nothing on your website that confirms that I actually have a policy.

In general, your website showed relatively little substance to my membership that I already paid for, and a lot more extra stuff that you want me to buy.

It provides me with the needed insurance but I never received my subscription to Yoga Journal. It is a bit confusing to navigate to what you need.

Too many ads. Too many emails. Very comercial.

The insurance was a little expensive compared to others

It’s my first experience using this type of platform. I have enjoyed the offerings, the site design, and ease of use.

I have been relatively happy with my Teacher's plus membership, but the sign up process and access to information could have been easier and more straightforward and I never started receiving the Yoga Journal subscription that was supposed to come with my membership.

I have never figured out how to access my membership and I never received a response to my email asking how.

When chosing options online about insurance was in doubt about option of self employed or employed. I’m actually both and it didn’t have an option to select both.

I wasn't received well or conscientiously by customer service when attempting to cancel an automated subscription added to my liability insurance. No time or effort was taken to find my registration information.
