As a newly certified yoga instructor, this is an amazing resource. From technical info to inspiration, there's so much at my fingertips.

I guess I am not completely in contact with the resources, so I feel like maybe not the value I had hoped. Also, nearly all YJ resources focused on women so feel like I need to find a different resource for men.

When I signed up for the insurance package that comes with teachers plus and a YEAR SUBSCRIPTION, they had an issue with processing on their end. I contacted them to tell them I was not getting access to their content, I was asked at multiple stages to provide proof of purchase, and I did so. Every time they asked. They were rude and unhelpful, I could not get anyone on the phone to speak with me about my problem, and when I reached out over email, they kept sending me to other people who also could not help me and sent me to yet another person. I was very upset, and finally gave up. I am waiting for the year of insurance I purchased to expire and then I will be going to another company. I will NEVER use yoga journal again, and I will advise all of my friends and co-workers to avoid it as well.

The online presence was thorough, clear, helpful and able to complete.

Yoga Journal has helped me truly build my yoga journey. Whether it be helping me kick-start my business or reading up on new and exciting articles in their magazine, I am throughly grateful!

Filling out the forms is a little confusing but the customer service was wonderful and straightened it all out for me quickly and easily
