I placed my first order with Yokaiju in July 2021. This was for a Denji Nendoroid which, at that time, was hard to get a hold of. So I was really happy to have stumbled across Yokaiju and was even happier with the item price.
I contacted them by email to check that my pre-order was secured. I had placed orders with different online companies who had then turned around and said that the item was actually sold out. Yokaiju emailed me back quickly and was really friendly. They gave some insight as to why a pre-order could fall through but reassured me that it rarely happens and that my pre-order was secure.
Covid cases were large back then too and the world was on standby but Yokaiju were very transparent about delays on pre-orders due to Covid in their pre-order email updates.

Their website is easy to navigate and they have a huge range of genuine, high-quality items. I absolutely love their branding too. They have free shipping on UK orders and when you purchase from their site, you collect points on your account, which you can redeem on future orders and save yourself some money. They also offer price matching which is another great option.
I really like that they send emails on pre-order updates and when your order is on the way, to keep you fully in the loop. I have never had any issues with the payment or delivery of an order. Items are always neatly and safely packaged too. A friendly and trustworthy team operates at Yokaiju, and they will respond to you promptly if you need to reach out to them by email for whatever reason.
Their Instagram is also worth following as it's a good way to look out for new items and when they are running sales. I also entered and won one of their Instagram giveaways for a Miku figure and some snacks. That is the first giveaway I've ever won so I was over the moon.
