The company was very quick to get my items to me. I love the material and had a little difficulty contacting them to discuss a problem but was pleasantly surprised to receive a return email the same day to sort out the problem. As I'm not a computer expert it took me awhile to contact them. I would have really liked a paper invoice and payment slip with easier access written on it included in the parcel to be able
to contact them easier. Overall happy with the result and look forward to my replacement order.

From ordering, customer service & delivery was great. I would like to say a special thankyou to Carla for all her help and patience with my purchase. The item itself is of nice quality and is something different from what's in the shops and even though their was a problem with it, I contacted the company straight away and they have resolved the problem .

The camisole tank is comfortable with wide straps and smooth fabric, and I am looking forward to wearing them under everything in place of a bra!

surprised that I received an answer so quickly. I have received the money back for the second one. I am now waiting to hear when I will receive my order.

I purchased these in November 2025 and once received we started using them morning and night. Had my first dentist appointment after using them consistently for 5 months. My dentist noticed a big difference with less plaque and just over all healthier mouth! No cavities and less picking at my teeth to remove excess plaque! Love them!!

I ordered 4 sets of the "handmade by a lady in the uk" poppies to provide the bees with water. Each poppy is under 2 inches diameter and holds less than 1 teaspoon of water. VERY misleading. A bumblebee is about the same size, yet photos show bees drinking with plenty of space between them; these are nowhere close to the size portrayed.
I am disgusted.
To return, i have to send them to China????? when a sweet old lady made them here in the UK, why do they need to be returned to China???
It seems to me, its just one almighty scam.

Cheap, nasty products that bear no resemblance to that ordered. A refund of £7 was offered on an order of £68!!!! What an insult. Returns are at customers expense (to China) so they have you over a barrel - buyer beware!!!!!

It was very easy to place my order once I'd made my selections... also, their customer service is very accommodating and quick to address any issues with your order

Unfortunately was sent the wrong size of short sleeve shirt but customer service resolved the problem quickly and received correct item

Had a slight fit problem with the cami tanks that was handled quickly and amicably. This tank is so comfortable with wide straps and smooth fabric, and I am looking forward to wearing them under everything in place of a bra! It's going to be a very relaxing summer!

The customer service was friendly and helpful. They helped me to get the correct size and was prompt in their replies.
The product was very nice. The sizing chart was not correct to US sizes but they were helpful in getting me a replacement.
