Unfortunately ZERO stars wasn't an option. Don't even know where to begin with this clown outfit. VERY long story short, received items (2 ×dogs gps ) fine. Needed a separate sim card, not advertised clearly, tried 3 different networks from personal family mobiles to see if these worked and nothing. Asked for tech advice, with very little comms figured I had to try a lesser sim specific for the gps purpose, entered a contract with vodafone(another story) this didn't work. After 3 weeks of PAINFUL back and forth of copied and pasted emails of 'we will be happy to offer you 8/10/15 GBP back as a ' goodwill gesture' on a 159.98 purchase, I decli ed and demanded a refund. Reluctantly they gave me the return address which cot me £25.00, to be told me refund would only be 149.00 . By this time it became a principle thing, anyways. Got my 149 ( 35+ out of pocket for something that didn't work) I settled. They asked me to leave positive feedback as they had agreed to refund me. This is my positive as can be feedback . FYI 365gps app does not work. Long and short. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT TOUCH THIS MOB

After reading Trustpilot reviews I decided to cancel my order. They have given me me a refund so that is good.

Beware! Live and learn! Who knew that ".uk" in an email address and a website url does NOT mean it is a UK based company. Their Terms state that returns (accepted within 30 days) will be at the Customer's expense - but do not state that said return must be posted to China! So £2.99 to pay for postage to receive the item, and £19 to return it! It is the usual trick of "we will refund you £2 and a token for a future purchase so you don't have to return the item". Disingenuous to say the very least; scam to be more brutal. Many emails back and forth - unhelpful to say the least. This company would not accept that they were wrong not to put that he goods had to be returned to China, could not legally rely on a Term as being material when it was not stated in the first place, and would not escalate the complaint. Dreadful company,stay well away!

Responded promptly to an error of mine. I duplicated an order and I mailed them to find that the first order had been despatched and the second order had been frozen until they checked the legitimacy with me

I bought 2 Zanory CleanGlow™ Self Cleaning UV Toilet Sanitizer & Night Lights and received confirmation of my purchase by email. The following day I sent an email to say that I wanted only one of the items and could I change my order. I then received a succession of emails saying my order couldn't be found, then when they found it apparently I hadn't paid for the purchase. So I sent them proof from my bank and PayPal. Today I received an email saying I must have bought them somewhere else so I have sent them the confirmation email I received.
Obviously their customer service is nonexistent. All I am able to do now is forget about as obviously there will be no refund of the £69.28 that I paid.

This Company were so good to me item ordered in mistake sent letter of apology to the Company. Their Customer Service were very understanding and there was no problem getting a refund. Highly recommend

My teeth are definitely whiter and gums are pink and healthy according to my hygienist.
I did have a factory defect and your customer service has been outstanding. I would most definitely recommend your company’s product tenfold.

Pillow did eventually arrive after I raised dispute with credit card company. It was sold as anti snoring for 41 pounds it was a bog standard pillow quite comfy but made absolutely no difference to.my snoring ,its just a slightly better than average pillow. So selling as a cure for snoring is false advertising. Now company are asking for it back since my credit card company refunded me because I waited 6 weeks for it. They can have when they pay postage send it back to Japan

I had an issue with the size of the item I ordered. My concern was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

I recently bought two electric tooth cleaners. Each one costs about USD50. When I received the goods I found a faulty one. I emailed the support for a refund or a replacement. They responded to my email quickly and promised to send me a replacement.

I have never encountered a company so persistent in denying liability for delivery of a hat. Their slogan is satisfy every customer is our unswerving pursuit of the Goal. I ordered a hat in December. It hadn’t arrived by early February so I chased it up. What followed was 30 emails to try and get it or a refund so their service is active in trying to dodge liability. They sent a photo of a door where the hat was supposedly delivered in early January. It wasn’t my door so I sent a picture of mine and enquired of neighbours if they’d had it. Finally they offered a replacement or a refund then went back on their word and only offered to send me a new hat if I gave them a five star review,WHAT!!! It is clearly a problem with their delivery service not me. Their customer service has been surprisingly persistent in replying quickly. I will update this review as and when I receive a hat or refund.

I ordered the support bra for older women and received the product that was very well made but too small. They were diligent in helping me get the correct size and it was an easy process

They offered to replace the item that didn't work. All I had to do was pay for shipping again. Hopefully the new item will work.
