Placed my order online and received a phone call to confirm my requirements prior to delivery. My order was then delivered to my door by one of the staff members who lived nearby. Can't fault this service from start to finish and would rate it a 10 out of 10!

Nikon Coolpix B500 camera
Having unsuccessfully searched for a Nikon Coolpix B500 camera, I found York Camera Mart online. I ordered said camera from them only to be told they too were out of stock. They said they would be in touch as soon as they got a delivery & when they did, the camera arrived at my address the very next day. I would have no issues in dealing with them again. Highly recommended. 😁👌

What a superb service I received today
What a superb service I received today. My Nikon DSLR started having problems. I thought it was the mirror or the shutter. Took it it for them to look at. At first he thought it was the shutter. Would have meant probably a new body was the best solution. The camera is 10 years old and I didn’t buy it here.
He said to let him try things and after 10 minutes he fixed it!!!! Was probably a mirror problem after all but he fixed it.
He wouldn’t take any money for this brilliant service.
Any time I need a new camera/lens/other accessories I’ll be going here rather than any other retailer including on line retailers. A genuine, honest, professional service. Sorry I didn’t get the guys name, but thank you York Camera Mart!!!
