Purchased multiple services with this company over the last month. We first purchased an Amazon Stealth Account. This account was delivered within Amazon 3 weeks. Longer processing time than expected but once received the account is fully verified and works amazing.

We also purchased the eBay MC011 Reinstatement Service to address our eBay temporary account deactivation and they were about to successfully get our eBay account reinstated, and selling links increased within 24hrs.

This company responded same day to me when I wanted the amazon package. Since, they took 5 days to respond and have gone silent. They will not respond to you if they know you are waiting and have paid. They use a chat program on their website which shows them where you are contacting from, contact them using a VPN or phone them. Now you know why they only accept unprotected payments.

I paid them $3,499.75 already for a professional seller account for Amazon and they did not deliver it, my INV 0882, stopped taking my calls. These people are real scammer, lie to me all the times saying they ship my package and when I ask for a tracking number cant get it or you need to provide more information wich I give already, last email I receive from them ask me if I want to get VPN access to that account I say yes its been almost a month now. I start a legal process and my lawyers taking this very serious because I ask them for a refund never reply.I want to add an update today 1/3/2021 still didnt get the service I paid for neither any refund from these scammers.
Why no one from that scam busniss never reply to me or answer my phone calls ?
Most of those 5 star reviews are paid by them to.lie about good service.

Scam. Guys they scammed me, paid for 275 usd for an appeal and never got anything. Very responsive at first, as soon as I paid they disappeared.

Now: how can I save you from this or ANY online scam?
It's very simple. Never do my mistake (I paid via transferwise).
When you pay online always use the credit card or paypal. These 2 methods of payment offer chargeback, so if the merchant runs away with your money you WILL get it back by providing proof of what happened to your credit card issuer or the paypal customer service.

Don't use debit cards, wire transfers, transferwise, or any other method that doesn't offer money back UNLESS you already have done some business with the company.

Note: if the merchant asks you to pay with Paypal family and friends (instead of goods and services) -> RUN away. You opt out of protection if you do that.

So: what's the biggest red flag on a website?
When they don't offer credit card or paypal payment.
Right there you know there is a extremely high chance of fraud.

Now: let's look at their website!
If you try to checkout, on step 3 they list the payment methods. And surprise:
"Stripe Credit / Debit Payments - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE until 12/20/2019 due to security issues"
Today is 16 October 2020 (10 months later). So they didn't even bother updating the scam page with a new date.

You have been warned.
I hope you won't let them steal your hard earned cash.
Don't make my same mistake.

The website replied here that credit card payment is available and that I am a confused customer. It's incredible how they are willing to go on to continue to defraud customers.
It's true, now they enabled the credit card payment form. So I went ahead and I made a fake checkout on their website. Guess what: as soon as you enter a credit card number on the form it immediately (without even sending the form) says that the credit card is invalid. So they put up a fake form, so that you are fooled into thinking that they accept credit cards.

Go ahead and test it yourself.

Trust me you guys, I have been selling on Amazon for the last 20 years. I have seen services like this come and go. When I told management that I did not want to pay until after my account was reinstated, in response they simply stated that they would take my case for free. Could not really pass up on free services. Allowed them to work on my case, and not only was my account reinstated but all rights owner complaints were redacted, and negative feedback removed. I ended up just paying the reinstatement fee after reviewing the quality of the work they provided. Great service, still kind of awestruck about the level of service provided.

All ASINs reinstated, so grateful for your service heading into Q4. Thank you for all of your assistance and help with my account.

Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. The first two appealed were not successful but they were able to get my account reinstatement through arbitration a few days ago. Took a little long than i expected but at least I was reinstated. They never gave up on my case even after the first appeals didn't work.

This is scam they took my money already open a case with my bank as well want to write a complain with police.

They are now treating me about my review will complain to all the authority to take action about this company.

This team is obvious scam. I purchased an Amazon selling account from them on July 9th for $1000 with invoice 1099. It was supposed that they deliver the account in a week. Right now, after 45 days, they haven't delivered the order yet. They don't respond their phone numbers and Messenger chat support any more. Please avoid doing any kind of business with them.

This company is nothing more than one guy with a gmail account. I wasted 5 months trying to get my account open with him, and was not successful. Using him probably did my account status more harm than good. I gave up when he completely lost interest and stopped taking my calls all together. When Amazon is not communicating or responding, there is nothing worse than hiring a company to help you that also does not communicate or respond. Hiring him, doubled my frustration and anxiety. He told me on two occasions that Amazon had agreed to reinstate my account, the second time with a specific date. When the date passed and my account was still deactivated, with no explanation, he simply sent me basically the same POA as before to start emailing all over again. I never received one response from any of the emails we sent out. POA’s were cut/pasted from a template as the sections were inconsistent, bullet points mis-numbered, and some of the items did not apply to my account. At the end, I would have to call at random times every day for a week and I might get lucky if he answered the phone once. Voice mailbox was always full, not that he ever returned calls anyway. There are plenty of professional companies out there that will work with you and try hard to get your account reinstated. This is NOT one of them.

Fraud stole my money no refund for money back guaranteed 30 days amazon appeal they are very unprofessional disrespect their clients upon asking for revisions their response takes over 15 days or more if you have a question their appeal was rejected and amazon has locked my account now we pay them for services but they are unable to serve due to be unprofessional or being uneducated you may now they ask you to pay them via untrusted or unsafe payment method as Zille, Payooner, wester union or wire transfer please do not trust.

At first, this company was very promising but too good to be true. YoungLanes Amazon Appeal Service is a fraud company which ended to be very disappointing and frustrating the same time. They never reached out and would not follow up with my emails regarding the status of my Amazon seller account suspension getting reinstated. I hired them in good faith and paid them in full on February 17th, 2020 and until now May 28th, 2020 (four months later) my account is still deactivated. I have been very patient in hopes that I will get the proper service worth for my money but turns out that they are not to be trusted or capable to handle with responsibility my case. They claim that they have someone who is “inside” Amazon’s operation that assists them with the accounts which is not true and is a false statement. This is another bad and disappointing company that failed to deliver what was promised and their service was extremely slow and very poor. Do not trust them and believe their fake promises, you will end up losing your money and your valuable time. This was a waste of my time and energy, I will never do business with them again.
