They are scammer. They know my tough financial situation but they are still taking advantage of my situation and taking money from me and then ignore my emails and messages. I don’t know how could they still survive in the business. Government or law enforcement gotta do something about these fraudulent activities.

SCAM. READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. They asked me to pay via ZELLE, but after my payment of $280, the promised service was never delivered. They stole my money taking advantage of the Zelle payment. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with the team through multiple emails, I have not received the refund. They ignore my emails and calls are ignored. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service as promised is completely unacceptable. A total SCAM. Look for another company.

they take your money and run. they won't refund you and they will say they bought the company from some else. happened right me 3 times . it is outrageous especially when they promise your main source if income back

These individuals are undoubtedly dishonest. Initially, they promised to assist me in unlocking my Amazon account before the end of 2022. However, after receiving the first payment of $500, they claimed that additional complications arose and demanded an additional $500.

Regrettably, after submitting the entire sum, they vanished into thin air and ceased responding to my calls and messages. As I reside in a foreign country and had to borrow funds to cover their services, the situation was extremely distressing.

I dealt with the manager Marс Liu, who inexplicably blocked me across all communication channels. It has been six months since I was cheated out of my money, and I am still unable to retrieve it.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience and strongly advise against doing business with these swindlers.

This is a scam ! They didn’t responded to my emails , my WhatsApp , did not help and charge me in full 4 accounts where actually give to them and they took my money and never help they lied never hire them

A few months ago I paid $1699 for an entire year of account protections, seller and selling upgrades, negative feedback removal, SEO (off and on the page), ungating, and more. The plan was for 4 eBay and 2 ETSY accounts. After the payment, there was absolutely no service and very poor communication. They did ZERO and then cut off communication. The fraud has been officially reported to the Federal Trade Commission(FTC Report No 139619523), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Internet Crime Complaint Center. Please stay away and don't fall for this scam.

I paid for their service and received a poorly written generic letter addressing to the appeal department of Ebay. The content of the letter is not related to my case at all. I then contacted them multiple times with no response. I would not use them, find someone else! Don't waste your time and money with them. I have just filed a dispute case with my credit card company.

SCAM ALERT!!!
This company is nothing but a total scam. They took $1250 from me and not answering since. First they said they will ask their billing department regarding the status to let me know and its in process, then, they stopped answering my calls.
I tried contacting them time and time again they don't answer phone, email or anything.
Also, I think its a one man run scam cause there's this one person who attends the call every time and fakes it telling different department and names. Beware everyone!

I am a senior citizen and I thought that selling on Amazon would solidify my retirement income. I hired Young Lanes to sell me a Professional Seller Account Plus+ and paid $1,750 to them for it. They never delivered the account and claim that sent in the refund via a check that was mailed USPS first class mail that never arrived, they are asking me to provide proof that the check was never delivered which is impossible since there is no tracking. They are causing me a substantial loss and I am on a limited income.

I paid them $3,499.75 already for a professional seller account for Amazon and they did not deliver it, my INV 0882, stopped taking my calls. These people are real scammer, lie to me all the times saying they ship my package and when I ask for a tracking number cant get it or you need to provide more information wich I give already, last email I receive from them ask me if I want to get VPN access to that account I say yes its been almost a month now. I start a legal process and my lawyers taking this very serious because I ask them for a refund never reply.I want to add an update today 1/3/2021 still didnt get the service I paid for neither any refund from these scammers.
Why no one from that scam busniss never reply to me or answer my phone calls ?
Most of those 5 star reviews are paid by them to.lie about good service.

I found this company on google. They were very helpful to begin with and responsive. Of course until I paid. After that it became extremely difficult to get a response. When I finally got a reply it was a generic format I was supposed to send to several email addresses. 3 of which were rejected as not exisiting. Getting an answer about that was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money.

I’m sure this works in some cases but for me I believe they are a fraudulent company and don’t expect any replies
