First time using this company. Boy, I wished I had read the reviews! Only after 2 weeks did they contact me to say that 70% of my order was OUT OF STOCK, that's after taking payment immediately! No, I didn't want to continue with the order, just a full refund which then took ANOTHER 2 weeks. So all in all had my money for 4 weeks...not a full refund either.
Abysmal!

Did not receive my order and no communication at all had to order again elsewhere, the site is pure conya

Ordered some items recently and was extremely happy with what I received and how I was able to make contact by telephone with any queries I had. Will definitely order again.

Don't bother. Placed an order on 3rd December, with "2-4 working day" delivery. Here we are 2 weeks later with nothing received.
Emailed their customer service who said it hadn't been sent yet. They have all the time in the world to update their social media pages though...

ordered some bits a couple days ago and came the next day with no issues. Very good price for what you get and I will be definitely ordering from them again!! Absolutely brilliant 👏👏

Yet another perfect order, ordered no rush and it came next day

Wish I had read reviews. Two items missing, one item is completely wrong, tried calling mobile, yep you guessed it…no answer. No notifications when there should be. Ordered on the 5th Dec, turned up today.

I too wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering! I am Waiting for an order, a response? Something? Going to cancel payment now and use someone reliable!

I placed an order on the 24th of November, I have had no communication other than they have received the order and taken payment. I have tried several times ringing and e-mailing and have had no replies.
I wish I had read the reviews before using this company.

I placed an order 25th October 2024 which has not been fulfilled after many chase up phone calls, therefore I have accepted that the order was not going to happen, I have requested a refund no response from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APPALLING COMPANY, HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT TO DELIVER THE GOODS !!!!!

I placed an order for next day delivery, although was not expecting it the following day, as I placed the order too late. Imagine my surprise when it did not turn up the day after. It’s now been 4 days and not a single response from these fools. There is only a mobile number on the website, which continually goes through to voicemail. I am horrified that I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and still no one is getting back to me. Suffice to say I ordered from Amazon and it was delivered the following day as I had an order that needed to go out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would go as far to say that any positive reviews have probably written by friends and family!!

I'm leaving this review as I am extremely disgusted in this company's service. I placed my first order with them a while back and was called and told that some items were not in stock or discontinued. That's understandable but what's not understandable is that the discontinued items are still showing on their website. Quite strange. I received that order which was missing more than the stated missing items. I emailed repeatedly but with no response. Whilst patiently waiting I had already placed my second order which also arrived majorly incomplete. I tried emailing again, found a contact number so tried calling. No response, so I took to my Instagram page to alert other bakers to not order from them as they are not professional. That caught their attention and so someone contacted me through my DMs saying they'll look into my missing items for both orders. The following day I got a call from someone named Cindy who was apologetic and looked into my order and confirmed that they will be sending the missing items in a few days. It has been weeks and weeks but I have not received anything and upon messaging them, big surprise, no response. Cindy also requested that I leave a positive trustpilot review as they've had negative feedback from customers even after sorting their issues. The problem is that the people working for this company only say they'll fix the mistakes or issues, they don't actually do it. So here we are Cindy, an honest and authentic review for your terrible company. You can keep the remaining of my order, I'd much rather alert the bakers all over to never purchase from thieves like you.

Terrible communication, no answer from calls, no answer from email. I only got a response on instagram. The order was late, no communication to say it would be late by 3 weeks, I was promised a refund, and cancelled my order after they failed to contact me again with order updates.The refund was not issued when they had said it had been. The original order was then sent to me 3 weeks later than I needed it for. And am now awaiting a returns label and my refund! Will not be using these suppliers again. Not professional at all which is a shame as this was my second order, the first one came no problems.as a small business this sort of thing can really harm your income.

Placed an order which I needed for a couple of days time but unfortunately received out of date items. Called up customer service who were really helpful and replaced the items quickly! Happy the mix up got sorted in time.

Amazing product, extremely efficient team and great customer service, definitely recommend this company! My business have the anniversary and I needed the boxes urgently but for some reason or another I couldn’t get on time, this guys drove all the way to were I was to deliver my order and make sure that I could have the boxes for my anniversary, literally saved the day!

Terrible experience - they’ve taken my money and not shipped the product. I’ve tried contacting to ask for a refund but nothing. So disappointing and frustrating.
