⭐ 0 Star — Extremely Disappointed: No Order Received After 7 Months

I placed an order on 10th March 2025 and was told it was a pre-order that would arrive within 7–10 working days. It’s now been over 7 months, and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve contacted the company **multiple times**, and each time I was told the same thing — that my order would be shipped soon. Now they’ve completely **stopped responding to my emails**, and there’s been no update or refund.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering. Good customer service means communication and accountability, neither of which I’ve received.

Scam - do not order!

Ordered 3 months ago and never received my order. Never got a refund and all emails have gone ignored. Total scam site, stay away!

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! They have been lying to me all this time when it came to making the payment for my bookkeeping service. They said to me that their shop if not running and do not have the money to pay but they are selling through their website and are constantly posting on FB.

Scammers

I placed an order 4 weeks ago.
I still havnt received my order, I have emailed on several occasions , DM the instagram and no response.
I have requested a refund as I am clearly not getting my order and again I have been ignored.
If you want to loose money order from this “company”

Order cake supplies for upcoming wedding cake on july 25. Never revieved nothing. I emaild twice still no reponse. I will never use this shop again.

Appalling company who don’t deliver orders

I ordered over £200 worth of frost form items from this company, paying extra to be delivered the next day.
The order never came so i decided to contact them. My email wasn’t responded too, the telephone no. was invalid and the tracking system they direct you to told me that my item was being processed.

I really needed the items i’d ordered so I spoke to my bank who arranged a charge back for me and I was able to buy the same items from another company who did deliver the very next day for me.

Over a week later I received a call from your baking company saying my bank had contacted them regarding the charge back. They now wanted to arrange for me to receive the items blaming DPD for not picking up my order for delivery. I declined and told them the service l’d received from them was poor & unacceptable.
Firstly, I’d paid extra for next day delivery and a week later they were only just arranging it.
Secondly, in that full week they had not responded to my emails, Facebook comment or website messages I’d sent regarding not receiving my order.
And thirdly, it took my bank organising a charge back before they contacted me.

This company cannot pretend that they didn’t know my order hadn’t been shipped. They are very quick to take orders & money but do not fulfil the service they advertise.

I would not recommend this company at all, avoid at all costs.

Item not yet received …

I have ordered a cake tin in the 22nd April, I haven’t received it. I’ve tried ringing, number not in use. I’ve emailed and had no response. I’m also unable to track through SHOP. It is well over the 4-7 days for delivery. I need this for my daughters wedding cake

Not trustworthy

Ordered items from company as all in stock but when arrived item missing. Have tried to get in contact with company and they fail to reply to any communications no updates or refund would not recommend to anyone to use as it’s hit and miss will have to now claim back through credit card company

Fantastic customer service

I ordered a large amount of various baking items from this company and I am very happy with everything I received. 1 item was missing from the order, but my email was responded to very quickly and Reece phoned me immediately to discuss. Sadly the item is out of stock, but Reece sorted the refund with no issues. Excellent customer service.

Don't buy from this website

I ordered some Callebaut hot chocolate on the 18th April and have so far not received my order despite stated 4-7 day delivery time. I have chased the order up on the 28th April and received no response to any of my communications so far. Along with the other bad reviews on here, it is making me consider that this website is just a scam.
27th May edit:
Had to claim a refund back via my bank due to the unresponsiveness of the company. They only responded to my email after raising this with my bank!

No communication

Ordered from here as wanted to support an independent company.
My order was late, took 2 weeks to arrive, and was missing the cake release spray.
I have written 2 emails to you, but had no response. I just want either a refund or the missing product sent!

Parcel never arrived, seller unhelpful

I ordered a gift for a family member from this online shop as they carry a brand of cake decorating kit that I know to be of high quality. I also wanted to support a small business rather than shop on Amazon.
There was something wrong with the tracking on DPD, who are generally quite good. The parcel just wasn’t arriving and the tracking didn’t have the usual information it would. I emailed Your Baking Company and they said they would look into it. I had left plenty of time. TBC showed no urgency or interest in helping me. The parcel never arrived. There is something not right here!

Hello, we do apologise but as mentioned in our emails we sent the parcel out as well as provided you with tracking, it is now stuck with dpd however we are looking into this and trying to get this resolved for you as mentioned to yourself, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused however this is a courier issue, but we will do our upmost best to help and get this resolved

Order still not received

My boyfriend ordered a cake leveler for me as a Christmas gift back in December (the 1st), and we still haven’t received it. We’ve tried to follow up several times to find out where the package is, but the response has been that the company has new management and that they’re currently trying to get everything sorted out. We hope they will process our order soon because they charged me on December 3rd 2024! The mail response is really slow!!

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. No phone number, no address. Check companies house and they keep closing the company and creating new ones, as well as changing company directors. Some "family" in Leicester...

They do not do any of the baking.. they are a "middle man" broker running a dodgy website.

Still waiting for our cake 2 weeks later

And they don't answer emails either. Regardless of what their response says. How about put a phone number and address on your site. Oh yeah, it's because you are scammers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. If I could give minus stars I would



I ordered 5 x 1kg bags of deco melts with a delivery time of 2 to 3 days. After a week nothing had arrived. The telephone number on their website was dead so I emailed them using the email address on their website. This was never replied to or acknowledged. After 2 weeks of not being able to get in touch and still not receiving my order, I got in touch with my bank who said they would start a charge back after 28 days from the purchase date if I still hadn't received it. After 27 days, I received 1 x bag decomelts. Once again, I tried getting in touch to ask where the other 4 bags were. I phoned - number still out of order, I emailed - no acknowledgement, I used their contact form - no response. I took screenshots of all of this to send to my bank and they started a charge back for the 4 bags not received.
Today, over 2 MONTHS after my successful chargeback for the items not received, I get a message from my bank to say the company are disputing the chargeback. It's ridiculous. If you cannot run an online business properly, don't run one. Accept your errors and learn from them, but do not chase me for payment for something you haven't sent. I have both the time and the inclination to take this through the small claims court if necessary.
Avoid this company if you value your hard earned money.

Edited with an addition below addressing the response I've been given:

If you are able to provide a working method of contact, I am happy to send over all the screenshots of the emails and contact form.
The only problem with my bank finally retrieving the money I paid, for goods not received, is that you are disputing it and trying to claw that money back, which would suggest you're actually not at all happy I finally got some of my money refunded.
I'm also sorry I felt the need to write this review. But when you lose £50 to a company who you cannot contact, and the only time you hear from them is via your bank when they dispute having to refund for something they didn't send, it does give you the motivation to leave a review you wouldn't normally want to leave.
I hope you can use the information in all of your negative reviews in a positive way to reassess the performance of your business and take steps to improve things.
In the meantime, should the dispute over the refunded money continue, it will still be referred to the small claims court.

No problems at all

I've had two orders from this company and had no problems whatsoever. Order arrived promptly and in the time scale promised. Would not hesitate to use them again.
