I still haven't received my order which was placed on the 30th of July, I ended up having to get alternative cupcake & cake boxes for a big order I had.

Placed an order at the end of May but it never arrived. Phoned & was told computers were down it would be looked into & someone would get back to me. They never did! After a month of unanswered emails & calls to them I initiated a charge back with the bank.
A shame really as it was my 1st order & had loads of other things earmarked

Been ordering from your baking company for over a year and always love their stuff! Super friendly owner who goes above and beyond to make sure I get the equipment and supplies I need. I can always rely on her, especially for my last minute orders!!
Always my go to!

What a wonderful company! The staff are friendly, helpful and supportive, with so much knowledge, giving a personal service if required and a great product range. I have placed 2 orders so far and will be ordering with them again.

Ordered, like others say - very quick to take my money. No sign of product after a week. I phoned and they said it had been refunded. Surprise, surprise I had received no refund. He said he would put it straight through again but here I am still with no money back. Shameful thieves.

Avoid that company , they charged money, but half products wasn’t in parcel . They email me that will send soon missing part .
Was waiting for month . After they called me that they send me soon as possible and still waiting 3 weeks .
Customer service horrible . Asked refund by email, but nobody answer to them .

I am individual, not a business, so my order was small - only few boxes and boards for a wedding cake.
I placed order with 24h delivery. Got a call after few hours that one of the product is out of stock, but they are able to replace it with other thing. I was positively surprised they called and I was happy with what they offered.
Order was delivered next day, however the missing product was not replaced. I called few times, no answer. I did wrote an email, get push back notification.
After few hours they did call me back, we did had long conversation, I was assure that replacement will be send with express delivery. Those never arrived.
Tried call again, but no answer.

Quality of received products was alright, however why you call someone to offer replacement and never send it? Disappointment...

This company is amazing! I’ve put in two orders now and both times they have been so helpful. My products are unfortunately out of stock, but the following day I have a phone call from them helping me with the best alternative. So knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly staff. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. My item was ordered a week ago and, as I now need it urgently, I emailed them which was blocked and tried to phone - no answer. No contact at all. They have taken my money, I have not received the goods and I cannot find out what is going on. Very poor.

Customer service falls off a cliff once you have ordered, quick enough to shove free delivery codes down your neck though to entice you. I’m 10 days in and my 48hr delivery still has not arrived. Cancelled the order and went with The Cake Decorating Co to ensure I get my items ready for a paid order of mine!

Thank god that I used Klarna so they can battle getting the refund as no doubt that won’t be an easy process.

I recently placed an order for a cake stand and having now recieved the cake stand its perfect and such good quality! There was a minor mix up with Royal Mail, which was quickly resolved when I got on the phone to a lovely lady that works there, thank you!

I placed an order and was a bit concerned that it would not arrive in time after a week of waiting .contacted the company but had no reply .Then the next day a wonderful lady phoned me back and took charge of the matter and got items dispatched to me next day .very pleased with her customer service and the products I’d ordered were excellent quality. Would definitely use them again

Will hopefully buy again as prices are cheaper than most companies.
