I ordered a item they took money from my bank still waiting for item to arrive . I went on there web site it's not letting me log in .

Ordered a coat still waiting shipment even tho it was 24 hours tracked emailed and messaged them to see when would I get my item no reply will be getting I touch with my bank and reporting

I had a payment take from my PayPal account for a purchase that wasn’t me. Contacted both paypal & BargainBoutique. Had an email stating they would cancel the order and return my money. Almost 2 weeks later still have no money returned. Had a message saying they had given the money back to pay pal. PayPal said no refund has been had by them. Now this sham of a company That is BargainBoutique is not replying to me. STAY CLEAR of these scammers

The coat that I received was not the coat in the picture.

I would love to give 0 stars! Waited ages for my delivery, missing one item and 8 weeks later still haven’t received it. Such a shame as the clothes they post on their Facebook look lovely but their service is horrendous. I would definitely avoid shopping with them, I won’t again

Do not shop here. Ordered 2 dresses from them in January, only 1 arrived in February. Quality of that dress was poor ,still haven't received the other dress. Numerous emails sent to them but no response on any from them.

Do not waste your money!!
Poor quality, poor sizing, long delivery time. Very disappointed. Will not be using this company again.

Please do not order from this company. They have delivered part of an order and refused to respond to my communications via email, website contact form, messenger & facebook.
A paypal dispute has been opened with them and this is ongoing.
Avoid at all costs

THE SIZES ARE HUGE TERRIBLE SITE DONT BUY THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR RETURNS AFTER SENDING YOU RUBBISH HUGE DELAYS TOO AND THEN YOU GET A CREDIT NOTE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a playsuit. When it arrived it was bad quality and not a good fit. I contacted your bargain boutique to arrange a return. I followed the instructions but have never had a refund. I have emailed and sent messages via messenger and they don’t reply. I have tracked the parcel and it was delivered back to them. They now have the goods and my money. I currently have a dispute open via PayPal. Avoid this company!

Shocked that this company are still running. I ordered clothes a while back and the quality of them was appalling. I returned all items (obviously) but was refused a refund, only exchange. When I did attempt to exchange they have not dispatched the order made over 3 months ago and are not responding to any of my attempts to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They now have their stock back and still have my money.

Ordered goods in November did not receive the goods and no reply to messages or emails...scam!!!!

This place is a scam and waste of money. You buy something they don't send it and then don't reply to emails or messages!!

Reported to trading standards and action fraud. They are not a genuine company and not listed with companies house. You will lose your money and not receive your goods.

Total rip off, do not order as you won't get goods or a refund.

Please please stay away from this company I received my order in July I sent it back clothes are a joke sizing is crop still waiting for my store credit to be put on they are refusing to answer me by email Facebook ect
