My needs were assessed quickly and fulfilled with minimal fuss or complication. It was nice to have a problem sorted that was saving me money, that I'd been putting of for the fear or being sold unnecessarily bigger packages than I required. It took me 15 minutes to save me about £20 per month and ensure I won't run out of texts or call time, which suited my needs.
Upgrade and save
Very helpful, tried a few alternative packages but found the right one in the end, nothing was to much trouble for Haley, we managed to upgrade data package and still saved money.
Agent was very good, talked us through all the stuff we were getting and was very good at her job

Very friendly and helpful
Jade was very helpful explained everything thoroughly and was really patient as I was dealing with other things at the same time even waited for me to sign into a WiFi connection as I was out so we could get everything done in one phone call even though she did say she would call me back later if needed
